What do you like best about Forma?

It's clear and concise. I like the modern feel the UI has and the easy it is to fill out the necessary fields to submit a claim. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forma?

Sometimes I have to go back when submitting a claim to look at the description of the categories, specifically what it covers or not; I wish I could see that info (maybe open it in another window or a little pop-up) when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forma?

I love that Forma shows the status of claims (processing, approved, denied), so I never wonder when I will be reimbursed. I appreciate that I can submit expenses past my monthly stipend and the remainder will be rolled over to the next month. The mobile app is easy to use, and I always upload receipts from my phone's camera roll. At one point, I was locked out of my account, and the customer support team sent me a magic link. What do you dislike about Forma?

I only used Forma to reimburse myself for purchases already ingrained in my day-to-day life. The amount of space dedicated to the online store seemed excessive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company removed a wellness bonus from our monthly pay stub. They replaced it with $200 in Forma credit per month. I primarily used this on my gym membership, gas, and grocery expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forma?

Easy to use. I use the card to buy things directly online or I can easily submit receipts if I forget or cannot use the card. This makes it simple to use the dollars however I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forma?

Really, the only thing is getting full clarity on items that are not reimburseable. But it just takes a bit of digging to get to it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
