I'd say the only thing I dislike is when I'm rejected on a claim but sent a similar claim and it's approved. I think that's less on the software and more on the approval claim process! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Forma has Single Sign On built in. It makes accessing the tool significantly easier. Previously when logging into my benefits provider I had to deal with a username and password and SSO streamlines all of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our company recently switched from Navia to Forma. I was not involved in the evaluation process but I do use Forma frequently. I have had multiple issues with Forma as a user. First, I've had multiple receipts rejected, specifically for child care. In the past, I had used those same receipts provided by my child care providers for reimbursement on the Navia platform with no issue. From what I can tell, others are experiencing the same issue and it's a massive time suck. Next, the UI is terrible. Portions of the reimbursement platform (parking and commuter) literally disappear from the UI during certain parts of the month. There is no note or section greyed out which leads to tremendous confusion for users. I finally emailed our HR to ask what was going on and they said it would reappear during the the period in which I was eligible. Fine, but really confusing if you're making adjustments on a more frequent basis to commuter and parking amounts. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a benefits platforms.
