What do you like best about Forma?

It's so easy to use my card for appointment co-pays and other payments. It's nice to know that I have back up when dealing with Healthcare costs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forma?

The only downside I've come across is if I have to access my forma account while not at work, I don't have access to my work email while not on the clock. If something needs to be verified and I'm sent an email I have to wait until I get to work and try it over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forma?

Easy to enroll and apply!

Its easier to use than Concur to make sure that you have the proper statement correct and the number match.So I like to use that tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forma?

Payment should be right from Forma!

Also, this waiting time is something that does not help us.I suggest having month payment.This will help to make sure people continue to use that tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Help me to keep going to Gym and put some effort on myself!I am trying to keep using for heath benefits, until something new come.But at end of the day I like to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forma?

The best thing about Forma is that you can purchase products directly from the site and there are many different options. You can subscribe to fitness programs and Massage Envy and purchase fitness equipment and accessories or my favorite you can buy eligible items like sports shoes, whether it's for you or a family member ( even your little ones). You can get it reimbursed, which is genius and save us the users, a lot of money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
