What do you like best about Forma?

I like the ability to be reimbursed for items bought under specific criteria. The Forma Lifestyle account is clean, efficient and easy to use. Being able to view status of reimbursements is a very nice feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forma?

The reimbursement status bar could have some more details, I would like to see another step after "aproved". "Processing" would be the best next step on the bar, listing details on potential arrival dates of reimbursements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Forma is solving issues of affordability of health, wellness, and lifestyle items and programs that would usually cost too much. This benefits my overall deminer as much as health and wellness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I waited until the last day of the year to submit receipts. the 72 hour turn around for approval is a little nerve racking becase I can't adjust anything if needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forma?

I like being able to quickly submit requests and attachments. It only takes a moment to file a reimbursement request, and they are all approved very quickly. It is much more streamlined than the other applications that I used previously for reimbursement requests.

The web site and the mobile app are both excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
