What do you dislike about Forma?

I dont use the app frequently enough to have issues. Simply uploading reciepts for benefit reimbursement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows me to easilly upload reciepts for our wellness program for reimbursement. Support links on the home page are helpful, tells you exactly where you need to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unclear if this is strictly Forma related, but slight confusion regarding statuses of claim submissions - such as differentiating between 'Approved' and 'Complete' and so forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forma?

When submitting claims, the response time is typically fast, and everything is usually resolved in relatively short order. It is nice to have a human on the other side instead of a bot. The UI is clean and clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forma?

The products, apps, and services that Forma promotes or advertises are usually not very helpful. For example, one can find many fitness apps that are better elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Forma for benefits administration. Overall there are no issues. Response time is usually timely. On the rare occasions where my needs are special and/or I made a mistake, I quickly received a human response. It is nice that it is not automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
