Has an easy UX that mimics Amazon and gives employees a wide selection of choices. And, it's fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forma?

The site is very easy to use and takes almost no time to complete a claim. I have my gym membership refunded each month and Forma makes it super easy to submit and receive the refund. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forma?

I can easily upload a receipt with a description. It will update me on the status of the claim. It helps keep track of what is available to use. It lists all the covered expenses to use monthly.
