Its super easy to navigate and understand what benefits are available, what balances are left, etc. Submitting claims is quick & straightforward and the team does a good job of making it clear what is excluded and expectations around reimbursment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, there's not too much to dislike from a users perspective. The only complaint that I have (and this is super minor), is that the "store" that you can buy directly from doesn't have the largest selection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Forma regularly to submit expenses for a recurring health membership (subscription) as well as fitness gear.
Even with complex questions, the agents are knowledgeable, patient, and eager to help by providing guidance and answers.
Adjustments are easy as well, with friendly interactions being the norm.

There are few if any things I dislike about Forma.
