Using Forma is very convenient. The claims are very easy to file and the team also reverts very quickly. The support team is also very quick and responds with very prompt resolutions if we have any confusions about the claims. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used at least 10 different Corporate Expense Vendors over the years. Now that I've submitted multiple expenses to Forma for reimbursement, I can say that it's definitely the easiest process I've experienced. Login, website navigation, and submission are all very self-explanatory & user-friendly.
I also had to contact Forma Customer Service with a question about Eligibility - and that process was extremely simple & helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Immediately have a URL to track approved/denied. Can store this URL in my own issue tracker.

- Reference plan docs for what is an approved/denied expense could be easier to find.
- Add a feature that lets me describe my expense and the system would give me a approved/denied percentage and why. For example, "your expense has a 95% chance of being approved because it fits *reference the applicable plan docs section*.
