Forma is easy to use, it is straightforward to submit claims and get reimbursed. I have used it several times during the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
* When my claim got denied customer service was not able to resolve my issue on their own, I had to get my HR involved. And then another claim got denined for exact same reason and again I had to get HR involved to approve it
* Items in the store are a bit overprised I am much better looking for deals elsewhere and then reimbursing via Forma Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
