What do you like best about EZLynx?

Being able to put our customer's information into a program that gives us a rate from all our carriers is not saves producer's valuable time, but makes it much easier to search for the best coverage at the best rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZLynx?

The only thing I dislike about EZLynx is that we can only quote auto, home and renters policies. It would be helpful if we could also do Landlord policies, motorcycles and boats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

EZlynx is a powerful insurance CRM system. I love that you have the ability to obtain insurance rates, set up automations, text, email, and maintain our clients in an easy to use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZLynx?

I wish that the reporting was easier to use and more dynamic. Whether I need to examine the production of our sales team, or track my own tasks, the reporting offered it time consuming and difficult to make sense of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

Everything is all in one place. There are multiple options to use from financial and with all of the availability for holding the customers information in one place is the best. We use this everyday and the abilty to download ivans is great so we d o not have to hunt for policies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

Variety of ways I can look a policy/client up. Address, policy number, name, phone number, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZLynx?

Managing access can be problematic.Also splitting profiles in the event of divorce or death is difficult. But in reality, if they would just listen to my suggestion to put the cursor in the Search box when the page loads, I would give this platform a 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

I like that it rolls several services like email, text, and digital signatures into one bill. I don't think I'm saving much money, but the ease of these tasks being in the same browser tab is nice.

The UI looks better than QQ Catalyst Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZLynx?

It took FOREVER to get my data transferred. They had like one guy doing everyone's data so I ended up paying 2 months before ever even seeing the program, then there were little bugs and workarounds for everything. Dissapponting. But now I'm ready! Everything will be super easy!

There's no support. They want me to pay $100/mo for one on one classes. If I chat with support the answer is the same. It doesn't do that. Need to send a letter? Nope, open MS Word and start typing. Need to fill out an Accord form? Hope you love the 7 levels of hell because that's how many screens full of blank fields it's gonna give you to fill out before sending all of your underwriters blank forms. Want to download something yeah here you go. oops! Zipped it! now you have 6 extra windows and 5 more tabs open. 0H! That wasn't the document you wanted? Here try this one. yep, it's zipped too. Oh no it looks like you looked away for too long! Time to log in again! Want to change the timeout settings?

Nope:( it doesn't do that either. It's fine tho everything is fine. You paid your bill right? Okay you're good. Can you please leave a review of how awesome my service is?

I wish I had kept looking. I wish had never went to that conference. I wish I'd never heard of EZLynx Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

A lot of feature and integrations with 3rd party companies and carriers. Learning the software is easy. There is no way that anyone wanting to be successful could do this without a product like EZLynx. I use it all day every day. Customer support is available immediately. What do you dislike about EZLynx?

When submitting issues, they are often dismissed immediately and blamed on the carrier or that "it has always been that way." Then it's fixed at the next update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

I have been using EzLynx for about 5 years now. It has made my job as an insurance agent easier. It is very userfriendly. Even the people in out office that are not tech-savvy can learn easily how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZLynx?

Overall, I'm very satisfied with EzLynx and would recommend it to other agents. However, there are a few areas where I think it could be improved. Specifically, I've found the reporting features to be somewhat limited. While these issues don't detract significantly from the overall value of the software, addressing them would make EzLynx even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

Easy to use, and is nice having the management system and rater in one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZLynx?

Electronic signature software is lame because when someone signs the document it converts it to block lettering not a cursive signature. Not as professional as DocuSign and looks subpar. Also, the management system and rater seem to be pretty expensive per user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
