**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I find AMS360 really useful for sending documents to our clients easily through the Insure Link. I also like using the company tab to keep track of our trusted vendors and companies. It's great for maintaining contact information and best practices when dealing with different companies. I enjoy how AMS360 connects with other platforms like Agency Zoom and Wunderwrite, which helps ensure our clients get the best experience possible. It also aids in working quickly on quoting new business and servicing current clients. Learning the industry through AMS360 has been great, and it’s an easy-to-use tool in practice.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

The main issue I have is whenever someone else is already inside a suspense, a task, or an activity, you cannot access that tab. There are specific times where our system doesn't allow us to properly close out of the dispensers, and then we have to reach out to Vertafore help to ensure that we can properly get into the system to continue our work.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find AMS360 helps by simplifying document sharing with clients via Insure Link and tracking vendors and companies effectively.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

AMS360 is an essential tool that helps me stay organized. It serves as a comprehensive database for all of my clients, and it’s very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

I can't think of anything about AMS360 that I dislike except their prices. AMS360 is pretty expensive to begin with, but then there are a lot of additional tools that can be added that are also expensive.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AMS360  is a base where all my customer's info is stored. It also keeps me organized with the follow up feature. I can set a reminder for a few days out to make sure a payment was made so a policy doesn't cancel and I can set a reminder for a year out to requote a policy that has a ticket coming off.

AMS360 does a great job centralizing our agency workflows in one system. The reporting tools, customer policy management, and integration capabilities help our team stay organized and efficient while improving communication and service for clients.

Some areas of AMS360 can feel outdated and less intuitive than newer platforms, especially when navigating multiple screens or customizing reports. Performance can occasionally be slow, and certain workflows require more clicks than necessary to complete simple tasks.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I use AMS360 for processing documents for my insurance agency, and it helps keep all client information in one place, making it much easier to find and pull the needed documents. I particularly like that once I've learned how to navigate AMS360, it's generally easy to get around, from point A to point B. I appreciate the search functionality that lets me find a client's name easily, even if it's not the account's actual name but an additional insured. This feature makes things a lot easier and less intimidating, as I won't be lost when trying to find a particular account. The integration with Agency Zoom is also seamless, and they work well together. The initial setup of AMS360 was easy, which was nice.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

Moving policies can be a pain. This happens when a policy is incorrectly downloaded to an incorrect account. I have to go into the correct account and manually copy everything from the incorrectly downloaded policy into the correct one. I wish it was easier to move them from one account to another.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AMS360 to process documents, which makes managing client info much neater and easier. It keeps all client data in one place and simplifies searching, even with name discrepancies. This clarity and organization enhance efficiency and service quality.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I really appreciate AMS360's ability to organize all of our clients. It keeps everything streamlined for us and has a place for everything specific that I can tailor to my needs. As new requirements for our clients arise, it’s super easy to adjust within the system, which helps streamline the process for our agency.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

I find the billing system on AMS360 to be finicky sometimes, requiring a lot of precision. Sometimes downloads don't come in correctly, which is frustrating because it means we have to get them fixed. Also, when adding attachments, it often brings in unnecessary items like logos, which take up storage space. We end up having to delete these, and it's even trickier when using Agency Zoom because we can't remove attachments that way, leading to unnecessary storage usage.

I use AMS360 to manage clients and billing, track activities, and organize our agency operations. It streamlines processes with tailored adjustments and keeps everything up to date.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I like that AMS360 is an insurance-specific software that really helps with document storage and policy management. It allows us to use insurance-specific forms to store data and share information between customers and internal teams efficiently. The renewal list tool is another feature I find valuable. It lets us easily access policies due 120 days out, creating a specific target list for account managers. This is very helpful as it provides a clear view of upcoming tasks. Additionally, being able to handle activities and email with attachments directly from the system is very beneficial. I also found the initial setup of AMS360 to be very easy and simple, especially with Verdu for single sign-on.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

Traditionally, the user interface has not been very appealing. I'm aware there are upcoming changes for a fresh look, and I'm excited about that. Also, I'm interested in more automation features with AI agents.

I use AMS360 to manage users, run reports, and track expirations. It helps with document storage and policy management, allowing us to share information between customers and teams using insurance-specific forms.

What I like best about AMS360 is how it centralizes policy, client, and billing information in one system. I find AMS360 user-friendly and I really like the fact that it can be accessed everywhere, which was not possible with our older system. AMS360 helps us track our customers' information and policies effectively.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

It is redundant. Way too many options to do the same thing. Even though this could be looked at as a positive, every user having the ability to customize it to their way was challenging to get used to. Very challenging. We're still working on including missing information.

I use AMS360 to track customer information and policies. It's user-friendly and accessible from anywhere, unlike our previous system.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I use AMS360 because it's an all-in-one management system that solves every part of my job, from Accounts Receivable to Bank Reconciliation. I like that I don't have to click around into various websites; everything I need for my role as an Agency Accountant is in one place. It's also reassuring to know that Vertafore is always listening to their users and improving their platform to meet our needs. Attending NetVU conferences allows me to interact with the programmers and creators, which means the fixes and improvements we need can be utilized in AMS360 for the betterment of the customers. Adding new users was very easy, and granting access to different functions is straightforward, just requiring an administrator to enable rights.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

One single thing that AMS360 doesn't currently offer is "recurring EFTs" for the Accounting department.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AMS360 solves every part of my accounting job, from Accounts Receivable to Bank Reconciliation, acting as an all-in-one management system.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I appreciate that AMS360 holds all of our policyholders and helps us keep track of them. We do a lot of reporting from AMS360, and it's the only application I've used in the company as an analyst for the last eight years. The support team is really awesome; I can call them whenever we need information or have questions about processing something. I love their tracking system because they send us emails, and I can log in and view any issue we are having, which has been super helpful.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

I would really love to see a secondary key identifier option because we're a credit union. This would also apply to banks. The disconnect is that the key identifier for our credit union organization is our member number, and we currently have that saved as a profile question. There's very little reporting that we can incorporate with it, so I have to pull a couple of reports and cross-reference the AMS number with our member number to tie all the information together for our credit union partners. It would be nice to have that feature.

AMS360 holds all of the policyholders, helps us keep track, and we do a lot of reporting from it.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I like using AMS360 as our main agency CRM. It's a great system for accessing and tracking customer files and information. Compared to AgencyZoom, which we also use, AMS360 offers a nicer overall view of all the customer's policies. I can see all the policies in one quick summary without the need for excessive scrolling. The initial setup was easy, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending it as a 9 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

It's too simple and doesn't have a lot of capabilities or integrations, and that's the reason why we started to adapt and use AgencyZoom. I wish it was an open API platform that could integrate in the never-ending 3rd party softwares that could further assist and specialize in all sorts of capabilities.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AMS360 is great for accessing and tracking customer files and info. It gives a quick summary view of all policies, unlike AgencyZoom, which requires too much scrolling.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I really appreciate AMS360 for handling tasks like paying carriers, receiving payments, banking, and taking care of financial aspects as well as generating reports. Being able to reconcile our GL's effectively is a big advantage, as it ensures that everything balances out. This aspect is crucial for me as an accountant because it helps maintain balanced GL's.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

In the direct bill entry statement, I would like to be able to have a real book of business value. I would also like in the receipts tab to be able to go right to that specific receipt. The estimated revenue field in the customer setup screen needs to be made mandatory so I can have accurate book of business reports. I would also like the receipts tab in the customer to link to the actual posted receipt.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AMS360 for paying carriers, receiving payments, handling banking needs, and reports. It helps me reconcile and balance our GLs, which is crucial for my accounting tasks.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I use AMS360 for customer service, and it has simplified creating forms and sending them via Docusign from one platform. The two-way integration with Agencyzoom is a plus. The system is very user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate. I also appreciate how AMS360 integrates with Ring Central to pull customer contact details. The initial setup of AMS360 was easy, which was a relief. Overall, I would highly recommend AMS360.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

When making an activity in AMS360, it does not sync over to Agencyzoom. There are needs to update policy details and information in AMS360, and it would be nice if it created a note in Agencyzoom when an activity is made.

AMS360 makes it easy to create forms and send via DocuSign in one platform, has user-friendly features, and integrates with Ring Central to pull customer contact details.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I like the different integrations AMS360 offers for our agency, such as being able to drag and drop documents or emails, and log phone calls and texts. It helps us maintain a record of conversations, allowing us to see what other agents have discussed with a customer, ensuring we're all on the same page if the customer calls or comes into the agency to ask or request something.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

I find the ease of use challenging and the ways of learning about AMS360 could be improved. I think updated training or one-on-one training sessions would be beneficial.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AMS360 for accounting, billing, policy service, retention, and document keeping. It solves the problem of manually sorting through files by allowing easy drag and drop of documents and emails. The integrations help us stay on the same page with customers.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I love that now we have an actual system with AMS360. Previously, we struggled with tracking renewals because we were operating off an Excel spreadsheet and didn't receive reminders or notifications. AMS360 is really helping with the management process, making it much easier to keep track of everything.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

I would like everything to be housed in one place and not three different places. What I mean by that is it would be very nice to from a lead bridge into the quoting issue. It have everything updated and then it bridge into AMS360 right now we have to do everything separately. Very confusing and unorganized compared to how we wanted it handled. It was very cookie cutter and not specific to our needs.

AMS360 resolves tracking issues for renewals, policies, and finances, while providing a system for reminders and notifications, improving the management process.

AMS360 helps organize all things related to insurance. It is user friendly and allows great options to keep workflow accurate. Easy to add new clients and update information. Easy to create target lists to filter clients. AMS is very dialed in on maintaining records with activities and suspense creation. Overall, the ability to easily access information and work from various levels makes this program user friendly for all levels.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

Claims downloads are not compatible with all insurance companies, which is not entirely AMS's responsibility to fix.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, I'm going to attend the conference in Las Vegas in April to learn more about using AMS.

It's hard to pull data via reports. I often have to run several different types of reports with various filters and then combine data to get what I need. Example, some reports I run contain contact info for our customers but don't have the premium info I need while others that I run to get the premium info I need don't have other information I need. It would be nice to be able to specify which fields of data are returned on each report.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now that Vertafore has aquired AgencyZoom, it seems as though they are working on more 2 way integrations between the 2 platforms that is beneficial to our agency.

I find AMS360 easy to use. The platform is simple and helps keep track of appointments and documents. The suspenses feature is really useful as it helps me not forget what I need to get done day to day. It's also easy to find our carriers and phone numbers using the contact tab.

Simplicity; once-and-done follow-through prevented prolonged and redundant entry.

Canned reports required running several out to EXCEL to create comparative reports that were logical and complete.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am no longer working on AMS360. Our agency, after 13 years on AMS360, opted for EPIC, assuming they'd receive the tremendous cost savings as promised.  I tried, but the agency did not comprehend the additional time required to complete the simplest of tasks in EPIC.   Time is money. As a super user +10 years on both systems, I've served on requirement study, migration, and implementation teams. I've conducted national and regional testing for enhancements.   As the agency has learned, EPIC's mammoth indices require significant time from service staff to maintain.  Critical crash errors running back to the early 90's on TAM, EPIC's predecessor, are still not fixed.

I really like AMS360 because it's a good platform with a lot of stuff built into it. It helps our office keep up with notes made by other agents and customer contact information. I like that I can upload all documents to the insured's account and write notes under activity. It simplifies keeping all documentation in one place which is really helpful.

I find the master/sub customer relationships challenging in AMS360. It would be great if the relationships were included in reporting and could show the monetary value of the master customer over all of their sub-customers. Also, the initial setup wasn't very easy due to the master/sub relationship nature of our entire database.

I’d prefer it if my quick-actions menu were listed on the top bar instead of along the right edge, though that’s just my personal preference. As it is now, I don’t like how many extra clicks it takes to get to what I need.

I don't like how my coworkers have the option to switch from the main page to customer lookup, etc, from the top toolbar, while I have to open the hamburger menu to get to that screen. Other than that, love this program.

The client information is very choppy, and I have to go into different screens to enter all of the client data. All of it doesn't always get entered by the agents because they don't go to the other screens to do so.

AMS360 is one of the most user-friendly systems. After using two other systems over the past thirty years, this one is by far the best. It gives us the most integration.

The Outlook Add-In needs to get better. We need to be able to pick who we want something to attach to in case it's from a company. We need to be able to choose the client. 
I don’t like that new AI features might have charges.

I do like that you can track prospects to clients with policy changes from start to end.  I love that it integrates with Outlook and I can email directly and also add items to my calendar.   The downloads, activities, suspenses, forms, e-signature integration give us all we need.  Commissions, Certificates, Accounting is all here!  We use this program everyday.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

The program is so large, we probably don't use half of it.  I would not recommend it for smaller agencies due to cost.  The cost to get our own data is a downside for sure.   Reporting could be easier to use and more updated looking with graphs or different formats.  Interface still looks dated.  The program does take a while to learn.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a central location for client and policy data that allows for downloads, endorsements, and renewals reducing double entry if used properly.  It generates reminders, tasks, and follow ups so nothing slips through the cracks.

AMS360 has really made a difference for our agency. It keeps everything in one place—clients, policies, billing—so we can spend less time on paperwork and more time actually helping people. One of the biggest benefits is the peace of mind it gives us knowing everything is traceable. Every note, every conversation with a client is able to be documented, which is so important in an industry where misunderstandings can be stressful. Instead of worrying about “he said, she said,” we can focus on serving our clients with confidence. We reference AMS360 for every customer, every time to ensure we minimize mistakes and errors, refer to customers by their preferred names, and save time. There are so many resources available when it comes to navigating AMS360. Vertafore University has tons of articles, tutorials, and dedicated customer support to help walk you step-by-step through setup, workflows, and troubleshooting. Another driving force is it is widely compatible with most carriers which allows for smoother policy and commission downloads.

AMS360 is a little more traditional than some other systems, and even with many wonderful resources can have a steep learning curve. I've been told it's also a little more costly than some of the newer versions of AMS.

AMS360 helps our business run smoothly and efficiently. We are able to use a single database to view all clients and policy details instead of having to rely on carrier portals alone and juggle countless spreadsheets or paper files. This minimizes human error and saves time. Most importantly, storing documents across desktops or emails can increase the risk of missing records--but with integrated document management and activity logs, we can create an audit trail for E&O protection.

I appreciate how it allows me to keep up with customer updates and policy info. I also find it valuable that AMS360 can pull up information from different sites, which is handy when a policy is transferred to me from a different agent, making it easy to find the data needed. The initial setup was easy, although it took some time to learn all the aspects.

I would like to see updates of every time the customer called for policy information. I would like to see the date and time when the customer called to request things like POIs. It was easy but it did take time to learn all the aspects of AMS360.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I like that with AMS360 I have access to information and it links to many other sites like PLrater for quoting and DocuSign for processing forms. I also appreciate the suspense and activities features, which help me make sure to follow up on problems and ensure things are paid.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

There needs to be a summary of the account without having to click into everything. For example, when I want to email a husband and wife, I have to go through 8 clicks to achieve this. I want to see one screen that shows all contacts, all phone numbers, all emails, and notes that go with those numbers—cell, home, office, fax, etc. Additionally, I feel like there is a lot more to learn with AMS360 than with Epic, and it will be another year before I feel comfortable.

AMS360 helps me keep track of policies and activities, ensuring follow-ups and payment confirmation. I like having access to information, integration with tools like PLRater and DocuSign, and the suspense feature for activity management.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I really like the ability of AMS360 to track expirations and consolidate all insurance policies, income, and brokerage commissions in one spot. This feature allows everything to flow right through our income statement and balance sheet, making it very efficient. I also appreciate the integrated accounting function which works great for us. Being able to operate our insurance agency with less employees due to the software's ability to track and capture all our insurance business is a big plus. Additionally, the transition to AMS360 was relatively easy, thanks to the support from their staff who guided us through the process over almost two months.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

There are some limitations on when you're allowed to invoice based on one expiration date, which affects our ability to do some invoicing on policies that are coming up in the future.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AMS360 to track insurance policy expirations, invoicing for all clients, and integrate accounting. It helps ensure no policies are missed for renewal and tracks receivables. AMS360 allows our agency to run with fewer employees, capturing all insurance business efficiently.

I like using AMS360 because it solves having everything in one place, so I don't have to search different applications for the same information or documents. I appreciate its ease of use, which is a big plus for me. The policy search and creating activities and suspenses are most convenient. It's also valuable from a reporting and tracking perspective, helping me stay current with my clients. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

E-Forms can be finnicky and not always the easiest to use when trying to issue for electronic signatures. I think if there was an easier way to understand how to issue electronically and be signed electronically would help with the information being input and issued.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I really like the drag and drop feature to enter documents, which streamlines entering documents or chats and allows the employees more time to help customers. It simplifies the commissions process, and I appreciate having everything in one place. The seemingly endless possibilities for reports that can be done based on company, vendor, employee, or company is another great feature. The primary reporting features we use for the monthly production per employee and their calculated commissions based on IVANS downloaded policy information help speed up the workflow, allowing more time for other projects.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

I don't think the location to find the many reports is apparent enough to find if you are new to using AMS360.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I find AMS360 great and much better than our previous software due to its ease of use. The easy tracking of submissions and the specificity in categorizing tasks and activities are particularly useful. I really like how easy it is to make ACORD form documents, as it can prefill portions if started from a previously used policy or submission. Additionally, the ability to CC multiple team members for group tasks ensures everyone stays up to date.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

I dislike having to manually mark timestamps in my notes. I wish it was automated. For example, when you save and close a task or move it two days later after leaving a note that you followed up with a customer, I want to see a timestamp like 'Rosario Briercheck left a note at 11:06 AM 12/5/2025'.

AMS360 helps with easy tracking of submissions and categorizing tasks. It simplifies ACORD form creation by pre-filling data, and allows CCing multiple team members for effective group project collaboration.
