What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I find it very streamlined and user-friendly. I used it at my previous agency, and when I moved to a new one, I had them implement the system there as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

The only thing I don’t like about QQ is that I can’t seem to get the commissions to calculate correctly. Some carriers offer different percentages based on package deals and similar arrangements, so I’m constantly having to go back in and manually enter corrections. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

One thing I dislike about QQCatalyst is that certain parts of the system feel outdated and slower than they should be, especially when switching between screens or loading client files. Some workflows also take too many clicks, which makes otherwise simple tasks take longer than necessary. "User-Friendly but Lacking Robust Reporting"
What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

All of my agents find QQCatalyst to be very user-friendly, and they feel a lot of comfort in using the system. It allows productivity to be at its max because the system is user-friendly, enabling my agents to help customers efficiently. Furthermore, the tool helps by reducing the waiting time for customer calls. One feature that the agents particularly like is the sticky notes function, which pops up to show who was working on a task and the last notes on it, contributing to a more diverse experience. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

QQCatalyst doesn't provide the top-tier reports that I need, especially for accounting. It is not accounting-ready or production-ready for the volume of clients we service. The key issue is with the reports; we're unable to see our production and revenue accurately. There's a lot of duplicate data in the system, which affects accuracy. "Convenient File Organization with Minor Annoyances"
What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I find QQCatalyst very convenient and easy to use. I like that it helps in saving files and details for clients, including personal information and sticky notes. It keeps information organized so I don't have to save it to my desktop or in random files on my computer. Everything is within QQCatalyst, making it organized and more modern. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

I guess the way that when a file randomly gets dragged over QQCatalyst (even if I don't want to save that file), the entire screen will show 'upload file' and I will have to drag a random file for that to disappear then delete it. It's more of an annoyance. Maybe fix that. When I have multiple files open on my screen and a file gets dragged across the screen, I would like for that 'drag file to upload' to not show up when my intention is to not upload a file. "Essential for Insurance Agencies, With Room for Mailroom Improvement"
What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I use QQCatalyst within my insurance agency, and I love how it provides a safe and confident space to store client information, allowing us to track all policy changes, renewals, and claims easily. It helps us stay organized and on top of all our clients' active policies. I appreciate being able to generate Acord forms requested by carriers, which saves us time. One of the things I like most is how it allows me to quickly see a brief rundown of my client's policies, which is very helpful, especially when I'm on the phone with a client. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

I run into issues with the mailroom. That being not always showing consistency on incoming or outgoing threads like the connection breaks. It is run into every so often. So, right now I am handling my coworker's QQ mailroom as she is out on maternity leave, and when I go to their 'Sent Mail' folder, nothing appears. What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I find QQCatalyst to be a nice and neat CRM that's easy to use. I really like the smart flows feature, which makes it easy to find customers and manage their profiles by adding policies and generating renewal reports. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the helpful tech support. Overall, QQCatalyst makes organizing clients much simpler and more efficient for my insurance agency. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

I find the user interface of QQCatalyst to be ancient and somewhat difficult to navigate. The search functionality is poor, making it really difficult sometimes to search for things when you spell the name and capitalize the letter, not capitalize the letter. It seems to be poor oversight in development. The initial setup was not easy. It involved an employee at Vertifor who was great, but there were limited controls to ensure proper setup of interactions and connections with Gmail and Agency Zoom. Sometimes, when I try to complete the personal information of the clients, it tells me that an error occurred, having to finish and after creating the contact, I update the data. This happens sometimes when entering the client's name and clicking 'next', it tells me that an error occurred and I must finish and then complete the data in the profile of the client that has already been created. What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I've found QQCatalyst to be very user friendly and it has helped speed up our quoting process with the integration of PL rater into our system. QQCatalyst has been very helpful throughout the integration process, especially with downloads. Whenever I get stuck, I can call and get issues resolved as they can remote into my computer if needed. I like that QQCatalyst keeps all customer information in one place. I was also able to link my DocuSign to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

QQ Catalyst is very easy to use and has a large variety of functions. Being able to assign tasks to other agents at my office that can be set far in the future, and the invoice/bill generator is very helpful. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

When I am working on filling out an acord, it would be nice to still have access to their QQ profile to pull up info. Having to save it over and over to use QQ, especially if I get a call in the middle of working on an Acord is cumbersome.
