**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

Intuitive

integrates with almost all of the other tech I use

first line of customer support knows nothing about the system, can only read you a pre-written "solution"
sales center needs improvement
need to be able to add more variables and filter better in reports, much to limited
as admin should be able to control all fields - whether required or not
doesn't catch duplicate data the way it should, creates multiple accounts for same prospect/customer

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

very geared to a personal lines insurance agency-  very easy to navigate and input data where the former AMS was very difficult and cumbersome
integration between systems has eliminated double and triple entry of data
management system, marketing, sales platform, quoting all in one

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

Running a report so we could check upcoming renewing and/or expiring accounts; running a report for us to check active and inactive list; the convenience of setting up an account, creating forms such as ACORDS, certificates and the convenience of placing notes in each accounts for our team reminder.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

The file names every time we download it, it's automatically named with an underscore between spaces. It's convenient if it can be download with the file name from EZlynx as is to our computer so we won't have to clean the file names. Also, if there's a way to put a mark or tag in each accounts to categorized them as BUSINESS CLOSED, CLOSED ACCOUNT, DID NOT RENEW. Instead of just showing inactive because some accounts are inactive due to the following reason: Owner decide to go elsewhere, owner did not continue business, owner's business has closed.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The yellow pad notes that our team used as reference because we always had trouble of finding out notes for a certain account, it's either we misplace a note in our end or delete it. We just figured out last year about the note that we can save in each accounts that we can keep as note for our team. It worked really great to keep us reminded.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I like that it provides an account overview and keeps all of the policies in one place, so I can easily access them and see the important information. The performance is generally good; there can be some lag after updates, but once it settles in, it gets back up to speed and runs smoothly again. The AI feature is also nice to have because it lets me summarize what has been going on with an account. Overall, it’s a nice product.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I dislike that I can’t see the verbiage used on past certificates once I open a new certificate holder creation. Having to save, back out, and then search again is a bit exhausting. I come from Epic and used CSR24, which was absolutely lovely. Being able to view the certificate holder and the attachments connected to that holder on one screen—and then choose which attachments to use—was really nice. That workflow doesn’t feel nearly as smooth in EZ.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven’t noticed any issues that needed solving, aside from the certificates. I have seen some updates to the certificates, so it seems like things are moving in the right direction and that process is getting easier.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I find EZLynx to be a great tool for quoting and keeping detailed notes. I like how fast the quoting process is and how easy it is to store customer info. Everything I need is in one place, which makes servicing clients easier. Instead of having to log into each company, I can look right in EZLynx to see coverages and policy documents. I can text and email clients directly from EZLynx, which is convenient. Creating and sending out e-signatures is straightforward, and there's a great variety of accord forms. It's also easy to set up reminders to check on different things. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

The unresolved text messages! You need to just assign it to both accounts that it linked to. If Bob Smith texts us and he also has a business under Bobs Roofing the text should go to both of them. I shouldn't have to search the phone number to see it's Bob Smith and Bobs Roofing.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZLynx offers fast quoting, easy storage of customer info, and centralizes everything needed for client servicing. I can view coverages, policy documents, send messages, create e-signatures, use a variety of forms, and set reminders all in one platform.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

What I like most about Ezlynx is how easy it is to navigate and how efficient the system is overall. It makes it simple to access our clients’ information, which helps us provide faster customer service. I also appreciate that Ezlynx includes AI, since it helps us write accurate notes and activities. My favorite part is how much time it saves. The automation, integrations, and tools reduce a lot of manual work, and the quoting system is fast and reliable. On top of that, the pricing feels reasonable and not out of reach. I also truly like their customer support because I usually get quick responses through chat.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

What I dislike about is that occasionally, it can be glitchy, especially when I’m switching between sections or uploading documents. It would be much more helpful if the system were more stable and responsive overall. In addition, having better options for editing activities would be a huge help.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Including AI has been a big deal! It helps me improve my notes overall.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I especially like how EZlynx reduces manual work and saves time, allowing  our agency and client service teams to focus more on providing excellent customer service rather than navigating multiple confusing systems. EzLynx is also very responsive whenever we have any issues with the system, if its slow it is typically corrected very quick. I also really like the new features like the 'county assessor' quick link, that is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I know that is is out of peoples control but the days that the system is very slow, it can make the day a bit harder since i cant input my notes from each call i take.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ezlynx makes workflow easier to manage by bringing quoting, policy management, client communication, and data management into one centralized platform.  As a result, I’m able to work more efficiently, stay organized, and respond to clients faster and more accurately. The automation and integrations allow me to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time building strong client relationships and delivering a better overall customer experience.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I love how user-friendly EZLynx is. The task manager is phenomenal, and I can easily pick up where I left off with a client by using notes, emails, and texts. It keeps me on track and helps me know exactly where I am in the process, which is especially helpful after having days off. Bridging is simple, and the activities section is the best. The initial setup was very easy, it's easy to navigate, and the help section is great for learning how each aspect works in detail. I also enjoy using it with the carrier tool to bridge over quotes with ease.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I think being able to assign text notifications for selected users would be nice. That way both the agent and retention team can be up to date.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZLynx fills gaps in tracking and communication, helping me stay current with clients and ensure consistent follow-up. The task manager is outstanding, letting me easily resume work and manage client interactions through notes, emails, and texts seamlessly.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

We use this application to better keep records of our client's contacts numbers and emails. It makes this process faster and easier for me and my coworkers. I am not the owner of the agency, so I have no information on pricing. However, I would like to think the money being paid is worth it. The speed is always quick and makes it a faster process to get the information we need. If we ever have any issues, it is easy to get into contact with a respresentative regarding the issue.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

The only thing I dislike about EZLynx is the tool that automatically pulls the policies of our insureds and pulls it to the wrong accounts.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving a problem of excess time being spent on keeping extra records of contact numbers and emails. Before, we would have to write all of them down and it could get confusing when these things changed. Now, we have them all in one place and we can just switch them out when needed.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

Carrier downloads the policy into the system for you. Keeps all previous policy information in history. You are able to compare the annual policy premium with the previous year with a click of a button.  I use the email application a lot with clients. Full policy declarations can be very large, when I try to send in Microsoft Outlook, I get an error saying file is too large to send in email as an attachment.  I don't ever get the error message when I send my client policy declarations from Ez Lynx no matter how large the file is.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

The Labels that are a recent add feature seem very repetitive or not needed, making the layout in documents very compact now.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The productivity between co workers on clients. Able to track start to finish in the process of any client's requests. You are able to see where & when the request got dropped & by who.

I really appreciate how EZLynx streamlines the process of sending envelopes for e-signatures. It cuts down on back-and-forth delays, reduces paperwork, and makes it easier for customers to complete forms quickly from any device. While these issues don’t outweigh the platform’s strengths, they are areas where improvement would make the overall experience even smoother.

What I like best about EZLynx is the quick access to all and any of our customer and their insurance policies here with us. I also really enjoy and favor the "activities" section under a customer's profile, because it allows all agents here in the office to put notes at our own time, which we all have access to as well.

I personally cannot think of a downside of using EZLynx. I truly couldn't imagine working in this kind of job as an insurance agent without the access of EZLynx for support.

EZLynx helps solve the problem of not having quick access to information. Sometimes a company’s website is down, but the nice thing about EZLynx is that it still keeps some policy information available when that happens.

I like EZLynx because it solves several key problems for us in quoting, mainly around efficiency, accuracy, and consistency. What I like most about EZLynx is how much time it saves while keeping everything organized in one place. Having everything in one place makes a big difference as it allows quick access to quotes, policies, documents, and notes without switching between systems. It also makes it easier to manage client accounts and ensures anyone on the team can step in and see the full picture right away. The initial setup of EZLynx was pretty easy, and we learned more about it as our business grew.

Improving speed and overall system performance would also make a big difference, especially during high volume quoting. Improve the user interface as well as integrations with Gmail Workspace, Microsoft Workspace.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I like the quoting platform in EZLynx. It makes it very convenient to have all the information stored in one place, so we don't have to go on the carrier website to find coverages. Additionally, bridging over quotes is easier rather than going individually into each carrier.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

The only thing that I have an issue with is the date of birth is always blocked out, so it's not easy to see what the person's date of birth is. Unless you click into the screen and scroll down really quickly.

I use EZLynx because it makes bridging over to carriers easier, and it conveniently stores all policy information in one place, saving me from visiting each carrier's site individually.

The reporting could be improved. We like to set up bonus structures for certain teams, but it’s difficult to track retention percentages and similar metrics for each individual.

After a short learning curve, the UI is straightforward to navigate, and the integrations make it much more efficient to manage policies and quotes. Performance is generally solid, and it feels like good value for the cost. Onboarding and support have also been helpful when I’ve needed them. The built-in automation and smart features are a nice bonus and definitely help with productivity.

I like how the latest updates to EZLynx have improved document tagging in the client's profile. This makes it easier to quickly locate whether a document is a receipt, an upload page, or a signed document, which is very useful. Additionally, the task tracking feature allows me to coordinate with my colleagues and add more people to ensure we complete a client's request. I also find that the initial setup was very easy and it has a very simple and user-friendly interface.

I believe that the information one receives can still be detailed a bit more. The automation with emails seems to me to require that one manually provides an email to be able to save it in EZLynx and track it. But what I think can be improved is being able to have a conversation with the client directly from the application. Now I have to go to Outlook, do the synchronization, respond to the client from there, and then bring it to EZLynx. This would be much more useful if we could manage all the responses and conversation tracking directly from the application.

The one and only complaint with EZLynx is when quoting and a PO Box is listed as the mailing address, the system will not recognize the alternate garaging address you place within the application for a quote. So, you have to go into the details of the applicant and switch the PO Box with the physical address and remove the garaging address on the application to run the quote and then you have to switch it all back once the quoting is finished.

I also like the virtual Post-it note that appears on the overview tab; it's great for noting small things about a client, like if they've just had a baby, to help us stay involved and show that personal interest. The time-saving aspect is significant too, as we don't have to enter everything into each carrier's system; instead, it bridges over into that carrier, making quoting quick, simple, and seamless. Additionally, I appreciate that we can determine what's a good fit for our client based on the information EZLynx provides back after we quote them. Once we pull the client up, everything is there at a glance, which is really handy if I'm on the phone with a client; I have their information right there without needing to go into each carrier site. I can quickly see their policies, premium, and coverage, all right at our fingertips on one or two pages.

I use EZLynx for Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, tasking, and documenting phone calls, which covers basically all facets of insurance-related items. I really like the documenting of phone calls. It's fantastic not having to document conversations on paper, and I appreciate how detailed it is despite being more complex. Doing Certificates of Insurance is very handy, allowing me not to leave my desk area to 'pull a file' as it's right in front of me. If I have a repeat COI, it's easy to handle, or I can do a new one directly off the system. While I'm still learning and it takes practice, the features already make sense and are progressively improving.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I've only been working with EZLynx for less than 9 months, and it's a bit tricky making sure to attach items to the correct files in the client's folder. It's really just a matter of experience and practice. Sometimes I make mistakes and start a new conversation instead of attaching it to the same conversation. Also, the initial setup of EZLynx was difficult for our team, but we're managing. The system is not the easiest to learn, but I am getting better at it.

There are times when there are errors with carriers not returning rates.  There should be a IT or technical issue with the carriers system.  It would be nice if the system to automatically resubmit behind the screen 1 hour later or 24 hours later to attempt to obtain a quote from a carrier.  I would like to have a note pad on screen for example for plumbing updates, I could note what was updated if it not home system up for partial, age of water heater. This may not be any information that needs to be submitted to the carrier, but just a quick note that I would look back are in future phone calls with the client.  I would be like to be able to confidently be able to use Ezlynx to quote customers with primary home, secondary, rental, motorhome, motorcycle, umbrella.  I wish Exlynx included some additional questions about the house that has a impact of the replacement cost estimate and would translate into the carriers rebuild estimator like quality of bathroom and kitchen, number and style of garage, deck and porch information.

There also needs to be a workaround for completely linking a commercial and personal account so that they have the same client center. Automation filters need more options for 'is one of' and 'is not one of.' Quote proposals need an option to record a video right then, and we've also had a few clients who struggle to even open the quote proposals.

The electronic signatures have improved in the last update, but when you go back to edit the subject line or add more people, you have to restart the process of filling out the forms and where they need to be signed. I use EZLynx for comparative rating home and auto insurance and love that it lets me input client information a single time for multiple insurance carriers. The organized pipeline for clients and prospects is really helpful, and I find assigning tasks and notes straightforward. The concise format for pipeline viewing is great for tracking the sales process, with features like updated timing and sorting options. I also find it easy to integrate new carriers into the quoting process, as establishing logins and linking individual carrier quoting systems with EZLynx is straightforward. Additionally, the initial setup of EZLynx was very simple.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

The data prefills for home and auto can be restricting. It often pulls incorrect customer data and doesn't let that data be edited if it's protected info like a DL number or birthdate. Prefilled info should always be able to be edited to ensure accuracy, as it even overrides manual input after a prefill has been done. Prefill should also allow multiple addresses to be used for a single prefill instance.

The comparative rater is almost useless when it comes to premiums.  In fact, I've entirely given up using it for our direct carriers.  

Client management is difficult, especially with regard to the length of occupancy at the addresses entered; should use Move-In Date instead; this has been suggested several times.  

EZLynx is slow to respond to product enhancements and often uses excuses like "It's working as intended," leaving us with feeling like saying, "Well, no sh**, Sherlock, we're trying to tell you the intended way isn't ideal."  

I have been impressed with updates that rolled out about a year or two ago, but that was a while back, and there's a lot left that you're not paying attention to; instead, you're rolling out other product enhancements and ignoring many of the requests that have already been submitted.  

The Retention Center is way overpriced for our small agency.  

It's too easy to ignore your sales pitch emails (such as those for AI integration) when you've not addressed concerns we've expressed in the past.  

I'm tired of getting the mass EZLynx Retention Center emails when we've already declined to purchase that module.  Once a year, maybe, sure!  But every other week?  No, thanks.

I don't like using the comp rater/quoting in EZLynx. It doesn't streamline the quoting process as much as I would like. I end up going into each carrier individually to correct things, so I prefer not to use it as a comp rater. **What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I appreciate that EZLynx is very user-friendly and that problems are solved timely and professionally with service tickets. I like the latest update, which allows me to access address details on trusted websites with a simple click. The integration of address syncing with platforms like Google Earth, county accessor, and Zillow makes quoting smoother and more efficient. Setting up my account was easy, and I find updating passwords and carrier login information easy and user-friendly as well.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I wish it was more uniform when you type a date in. Some areas do not require dashes other areas will not allow you to continue or will erase info if you do not add the dashes in the date. It would be helpful if all areas that require a date would auto fill dashes. This makes our job more efficient and we do not have to waste time re-entering information.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use EZLynx for maintaining client information, policies, and quotes. It quotes with multiple carriers at once, offers various ways to contact clients, and provides easy access to client details for smooth operation.

I like how EZLynx makes it easy to keep track of follow-up tasks for my clients with its all-inclusive rating system and an organized filing system for documentation. It provides all the information I need regarding a client without diving through menus to find notes on our last contact or specific documentation. When clients reach out with specific needs or questions about their policies, I can quickly and effectively find this information. The initial setup of EZLynx was quick and straightforward, and I can figure out new features quickly, even though it has some minor quirks.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

EZLynx could be better with integrating multiple "applicants" with the same contact information and assign their phone numbers for the texting service to list all of the associated accounts.

We like how easy it is to navigate and save information. It helps with the quoting process at our company and lets us perform the fastest and most efficient way possible. I have been using it for a year and I have not had any issues when it comes to quoting. The integration and pricing are all worth the amount our company pays for it. The EzLynx support squad is unreal and helps you to continue to work with no issues. The AI or "EVA" is helpful when needing anything regarding an account you are working on.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I haven't came across any real downsides of using EzLynx. Sometimes the quoting processes will act glitchy but that is a 1 out of 100 chance of something like that occuring.

EzLynx is helping us avoid the tedious small tasks that needs to be done. It simplifies our offices personal lines products.

I find it frustrating that EZLynx doesn't save all the carrier questions information that we've already typed in once. It would be really helpful if it saved producer codes to save more time when quoting our clients.

The ability to create folders within policies is also useful for keeping my documents organized and easy to locate when I need them. Being able to find answers in EZLynx University provides quick support when questions come up.

Certain technical glitches can occasionally slow down my workflow, but they’re usually resolved quickly. I’ve also run into issues when creating workflow folders, where I’m not always able to associate the folders with a specific policy.

Integrating paper files into online systems makes access much easier. The documents become far more accessible, which helps keep the workday moving smoothly and without unnecessary interruptions. E-signature envelopes integrate quicker response time from insureds to get things processed efficiently.

I also appreciate that I can get all the quotes in one place and compare them, which means I don't have to jump from carrier to carrier to get quotes. This saves me a lot of time. Everything works well and is very smooth. I guess I like everything about EZLynx, as it works for me and it's easy.

The carrier setup was a little tricky. I have to be very careful with each carrier's code and which states and line of business we can cope through EZLynx. That part was a little challenging in the beginning when I didn't really know the system well.

I like EZLynx's search functionality, as it allows me to search in many ways for customers and accounts. You can input names, policy numbers, phone numbers, addresses, etc., which makes it easier for me to find the correct account that I need to review. Additionally, the upload tools and everything else are quite intuitive and really easy to navigate. EZLynx has been the major tool in our operations that we never change, and it's less likely to be changed, which speaks volumes about its reliability. The initial setup was very easy, especially for the part of my job where I have to access and find information.
