The ease of use is the best part of EZLynx.  From entering insured data to email campaigns, everything is easy

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

Sometimes there are not enough options available to enter all the insured data needed by our office.  The most frustrating part is the phone numbers.  Many times we have customers who have alternative phone numbers for family or neighbors.  There is not an option to enter these numbers with identification without creating another contact for the client.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Entering customer data, sorting the customer by line of business, we are better able to cross sell our book of business and keep up with renewals and pricing increases

Easy to set up.
Integrated with the best of independent carriers for rating.
New EVA feature is great for catching up on what has happened with the client in a quick efficient manner.   Retention Center is a must have to keeping track of renewals and handling them before the customer starts shopping on their own.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I still wish there was a way to track if payments have been received from customers.  I have to create my own report.  Additionally I wish we could notation which payment plan the customer is on without having to log into the carrier site.

Quickly quoting multiple carriers and downloading policies.

The best part about EZLynx was the CRM SMS marketing option. The rating system was also very easy to use.

The only complaint I have is with the customer service.

We do not currently use EZLynx and haven't in several years. Not currently benefiting us.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

When it comes to the system it’s user friendly to find necessary information for each item. Whether it be quoting facets, adding carrier access, or the main items of email templates, text features, etc.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

There are few the only downsides it’s only when it comes to the carrier not doing the Ivan’s downloads. I would love each carrier on the site for ease of use of the carrier/quoting.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s our main CRM use so it’s our all day every day system. When we don’t have certain features that are not turned on the EZ team is usually quick to fix the issues. Non that have been problematic that couldn’t be fixed.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

everything is what's best with EzLynx - the way the formatting is to the different tab categories listed. Everything is available at your fingertips. The notes section is by far the best thing an account platform can have. A key feature when being in customer service.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I don't think there is anything I can dislike or disagree with ez lynx other then the customer service for EzLynx can be a tad delayed. other then that, everything else with EzLynx is beneficial.

NOTES! By far the most best thing a platform can have. This has helped me agency fix our communication with one another.

The automation, what is automated. It has been tough trying to get some commercial companies to actually start downloading. All in all, great experience though. I am new to insurance so this, so this is definitely a game changer.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I wish more companies would download everything and not just edocs. It would make everything easier. We could spend more time on what the client needs and not imputing data.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me from having to root through paperwork, insurance contacts, notebooks with chicken scratch. The integration with outlook is lifechanging. I don't have to dig through emails for any information. It's all saved in Ezlynx.

The commissions reporting is hard to manage with a big staff.  With just 2-3 people, it's pretty easy.

Combining systems together so I don't have to pay for multiple software systems

I find EZLynx incredibly easy to use, which makes it an appealing choice for our agency. It solves numerous problems by allowing us to manage our clients efficiently, make policy changes, and keep detailed notes, ensuring a comprehensive operation. I also appreciate the documents, activities, reporting, and commissions features that are instrumental in our daily processes.

I find the e-signature system terrible. It doesn't meet expectations and is quite frustrating to use.

Its layout has always been much more user friendly vs other competitors.

1. Wish I could "Archive" cancelled policies to a different screen from active policies in client account
2. I am losing EZLynx  as I am transitioning out of my current roll and the cost for a single user is to high as I dont use many of the additional features so it's not cost effective. Unfortunitly will be finding an alternative do to cost.

Quoting and keeping clients policy info organised and creating reports.

I love how the tutorials made setting up EZLynx extremely easy. The software simplifies and automates my day-to-day tasks, enhancing efficiency. I find the automation center, sales center, and retention center particularly useful. Overall, everything about EZLynx appeals to me and makes it a product I'd purchase again.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I would like EZLynx to improve its email campaign automation. Specifically, there should be an option to automate email campaigns such that they can be turned off automatically if triggered by another action.

I find EZLynx simplifies and automates day-to-day tasks, enhancing my workflow significantly.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

Working in Insurance and using EZ for the commerical, sales and service has been easy. The think I like best is the layout and simplicty of the buttons. Easy to navigate when on the phone with a busy conversation.
Love using the sticky notes for important messages on the file, stands out, and helps when I have to jump in and out of accounts. I use EZLynx all the time.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I would appericate a little bit more commerical friendly items. Perhaps, a service center that sends me updates when things have been processed via ivans.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me specifically, keeping all my accounts organized. 
I deal with over 50 people a day, with tons of items that need to be addresed.

Being able to search clients using either their name, address, or telephone number makes it very efficient and helpful when searching for a client with minimal information.

I don't really see a down side to using EZLynx. It's a super helpful program for our office.

The revamping of the Campaigns mailing list has been made simpler recently. I used to have to create a Report then go into the Campaigns tab and find the mailing list from that report. Now it's all in the Campaigns tab. So much quicker.

EZLynx is a great place to compare rates across multiple carriers without having to input the data manually on each quote.

It does produce errors when attempting to get a rate, carrier quoting setup is touchy with credentials when requiring agency code or username to login.

EZLynx is solving the need to manually quote each carrier. You can compare auto and home rates across all carriers offered in agency to see the best potential fit for your client.

It's super easy to implement with new employees as it's very intuitive.  It's very easy to quote personal lines and we use it every day for retention, service and everything in between.

The only hard spot we've found is agency billed accounts; there are some quirks they are still working on when it comes to accounting.

It helps us track, manage and retain clients.  It's a very powerful tool that I would recommend to all agencies.
