The ease of using the system and it is very fast to add policies or make notes, add documents, etc.

sometimes like any program, it has issues and doesn't work like the circle will just spin and spin

they have been hard at work constantly updating the system adding additional features for us to help like the label feature, i am very excited about this new feature.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

It makes quoting clients very easy because you can quote multiple insurance carriers at once and find what company has the best rate for that customer. It saves me a great amount of time so that I do not have to manually go into each carrier to quote.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

The system does seem a little bit dated. Not having the ability to edit notes is a negative. I also have had issues with pulling up policies and old policy periods showing up for the customer.

It helps me save a great amount of time with the ability to quote many insurance carriers at once.

I like that EZLynx keeps track of information, conversations, and documents. I don't have to remember things and can just look back at my notes, it's all there. The setup was very easy, and the EZLynx team was amazing and helpful in walking us through the steps to learn how to use it.

I would like the docusign process to be easier to correct if a mistake is made

EZLynx helps keep records of accounts, makes it easy to review past actions, and track issues. I like that it tracks information, conversations, and documents so I don’t have to remember everything—it's all there.

I really like that EZLynx keeps everything in one place, making it easy to look up. Having access to producer and customer info is great. I appreciate being able to type in a name, phone number, or policy number and quickly find out who the producer is, get a customer's policy number, or any other information I need. The initial setup wasn't quite bad and was easy to pick up.

The comparative rater is hands down the best feature. Being able to quote multiple carriers at once saves our team so much time and makes us way more efficient with clients.

Like any robust platform, there's a learning curve at first. It takes a little time to explore all the features, but once you're familiar with it, it runs smoothly.

Before EZLynx, quoting and managing client files took way more time and involved too many systems. Now everything is in one place, our team is faster, and we spend less time on admin and more time actually serving clients.

I like EZLynx's feature for creating tasks and the checklist feature. It really helps me remember what needs to be done. Keeping the task open until completion ensures I can stay on top of what steps need to be taken in order. Also, the initial setup was very easy, which made it straightforward to learn.

EZLynx often becomes slow and goes out to where it can't be used. Sometimes it becomes really slow.

EZLynx helps with retention, policy downloads, email management, and managing tasks. Creating tasks and checklists keeps me organized, remembering what needs to be done and following steps in order.

I do not like the fact that you can't delete or amend activity sometimes there is a typo and you can't go in and change it

It would be nice to be notified when a carrier login in EZLynx isn’t working or is expired.

I really love how easy it is to keep anything and everything organized with EZLynx. It's very good at keeping policies and customers organized, which is crucial for our operations. I find it very helpful to be able to do e-signing and keep electronic files for our customers. I appreciate the document section, the ability to switch applicants with co-applicants, and the e-signature feature. Learning to navigate it was very easy for me, even though I didn’t do the initial setup.

I like that we have our customer's home and auto policies available with an easy search. EZLynx makes quoting policies simple. I also love the birthday lists that make it easy to keep track of their special day for our daily phone calls.

Occasional errors when running quotes get frustrating.

We are able to keep track of multiple clients with different carrriers in a way that is quick and effective. Quoting policies is much easier thanks for EZLynx. Being able to make notes and upload documents into EZLynx helps our entire office be able to assist any client.

I use EZLynx mainly as a CRM, and I like how intuitive EZLynx is to use. The new EVA AI feature really helps streamline tasks, and I find the summation of activity on an insured's account is extremely helpful. The initial setup was extremely user-friendly, which made transitioning effortless.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

More integrations would be great. There are some tools that we use that currently do not integrate with EZLynx. It would be great if they did.

EZLynx makes me more efficient with clients, and the EVA AI feature streamlines tasks with helpful account activity summaries.

I love EZLynx's simple and easy-to-use interface. It's nice that texting features are available, even though I wish there was a template with my name and title already placed. EZLynx helps with improved organization and record filing. I switched from Applied Epic because EZLynx is more affordable and easier to use.

Ease of use with the rater could be better. Passwords and carrier access is finicky. Maybe better instruction on how to connect everything. Some issues with policies and accounts downloading incorrectly.

It needs to do a better job of matching texts to applicants and also often has lags in service.

I have found it difficult to use Eva. Eva is never available to answer my questions.

For new users, if they try to add the same person twice, a warning should pop up.

EZLynx helps solve calendar gaps and keeps our schedule on track. It benefits me by benefiting my boss, since it makes it easier for us to stay organized and follow through. **What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I really appreciate how EZLynx lets me compile all of my customer information in one place and run multiple quotes at once. I enjoy the ease of access EZLynx provides. I also really like the texting and emailing feature. Additionally, I found the setup to be very simple.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I feel like sometimes things load very slowly. Moving from screen to screen takes time when I'm moving fast on a call.

I find EZLynx easy to use and navigate once I learned how to do it. It has helped me find where things are located in the system most of the time when I can't find them on my own. The initial setup of EZLynx was fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

For insurance purposes, when printing out renewals for each month, there are too many unnecessary columns on the papers, and it prints out way too small.

EZLynx helps me locate things in the system when I can't find them on my own, making it mostly reliable.

I like how EZLynx allows us to easily quote within the same platform as our CRM. I also appreciate having access to agency downloads and easy viewing of client information since it's one of the biggest players in the game. Plus, the platform is fairly simple to use and the initial setup was easy.

I believe their automated workflows and reporting could be much more easy and intuitive.

If a client has multiple EZLynx accounts, like personal and commercial, and they text me, the text goes into space and remains unresolved. I have no idea a person texted me.

Love the integration, its easy to set up and seamless to use. The UI is user-friendly and easy to learn. Systems are always up and running and have only had one instance so far where I had issues in terms of performance. Even though it's not the cheapest on the market, the price justifies itself with it's performance and level of customer service.

Nothing major, overall very good. My team and I are happy with it.

Not all policies transfer into the system. Also, when a carrier doesn’t return a quote, EZLynx doesn’t always explain why the carrier couldn’t provide a quote, what the specific error was, or offer any guidance on what to change or fix to resolve the issue.

For integrated policies, it provides renewal documents along with clear policy information. It also helps me quickly, efficiently, and accurately quote my auto policies.

I find the search function in EZLynx fairly easy to use. response to email inquiry is usually 24 hours or less.

I find EZLynx not the easiest management system, and I have more complaints than praises. Converting data to commercial ACORD forms from policy information is problematic. Additionally, I was not part of the transformation, but I know a lot of information was lost during the transition.

I use EZLynx to maintain a database of client info. The search function is fairly easy, though it's not the easiest management system.

Sometimes the information doesn't transfer. It's pretty random; sometimes some carriers' info doesn't transfer or it glitches.
