I love using EZLynx for managing my commercial insurance clients because it keeps everything organized and easy to find and access. I especially appreciate the ability to text, email, or send COIs directly in the system, as these features save me so much time and streamline the process, making it smoother and easier.

I wish we had the ability to mark a client deceased and it 'gray out their information'.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I like how EZLynx makes it super easy to help people with insurance quotes for home and auto from multiple carriers all at once. It's very easy to go back to a client and access their PDFs and documents, with policy numbers attached in a super easy format. The process to access these documents is pretty straightforward; you just search their name, click a button, and share the documents. The initial setup was also very straightforward, just required a username and password, making everything super easy.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I think carriers that are pulling there. So, like, if I'm quoting a manufactured home, sometimes I have to do it separately. Which is a little bit time-consuming, but my only complaint.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use EZLynx to help get insurance quotes from multiple carriers at once, which is super easy and saves a lot of time.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I use EZLynx for managing client records, documenting actions, and accessing policy information. I appreciate that it keeps all of the client's information in one spot, which is very helpful. The task tool is something I use daily, and it's great. I also like how we can easily keep track of the history of activity and see clients' documents all in one spot. Additionally, being able to text through EZLynx is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

Changing emails and phone numbers under details always seems complicated. That whole section seems jumbled.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZLynx keeps all our client's information in one spot, making it very helpful. I use the task tool daily, and I also like that we can easily track the history of activities and see client documents all in one place. Being able to text through EZLynx is very helpful.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I like the ability that each client or company has their own profile to keep track of instead of going into individual carrier sites. I love the new location features where I can just click and it brings me directly to the address I am quoting without having to Google search it myself. EZLynx also solves the problem of going into individual carriers to get quotes since I can quote most of them directly in the platform.

When the rater is not working properly, it interrupts workflow. It might be due to an individual carrier issue.

EZLynx solves the issue of getting quotes from individual carriers by allowing me to quote most in one place. I like how each client/company has their own profile, and I love the new location features that save me time on searches.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I really enjoy the text and email feature, as well as the personalized welcome, birthday, and renewal campaigns that I can send through EZLynx. It helps create a feeling for the customers that they are the only one for us, allowing us to personalize interactions to most situations. Also, the initial setup was super easy as I had help.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

The policy download and cancels could be better and up to date with each carrier. I'm not sure if it is a connection issue or what, but on some, we have to re-request downloads of the policy to make sure all info is correct in EZLynx.

EZLynx offers a quick and easy way to organize info all in one place. The text and email feature and personalized campaigns make customers feel special.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I love using EZLynx all day every day. It checks multiple companies all at once and saves me hours of my day, which is fantastic. I also really like the ease of use it offers. The bundle option is super easy to use. You can click or unclick that option with ease and it allows you to put in extra discounts for the customers. The initial setup was also very easy, and overall, I'd rate it eight out of 10.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

You cannot change the birth date if it was entered in wrong for the primary or co-applicant. Once they've been put in the system from online, it cannot be altered.

I love using EZLynx every day; it checks multiple companies at once, saving me hours. It's easy to use, especially the bundle options and adding customer discounts.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I like the newest updates on EZLynx, particularly the new e-signature feature. It allows me to go back and forth between documents and add new documents or someone I might have forgotten to sign. This is a big help because I used to forget to do that in the past. It makes it easy to ensure all the e-signature documents are included in the management system, combining everything so it's easily accessible.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

The homeowner's rating system is a bit of a hassle because the quotes don't usually come back accurate. Also, it's tough to get through a lot of the underwriting questions, and some questions stop you in EZLynx but wouldn't necessarily stop you in a quote.

EZLynx makes it easy to quote auto insurance and keep everything for clients in one file, which is easily accessible.

I like using EZLynx to save time when quoting clients. It allows me to save important information and documents for each customer and set reminders for future quote requests. I find it simple and easy to use, which definitely saves me time—time is money, after all! The initial setup was super easy and everything was very clear.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

I wish quoting homes would be easier, also we work with different states and if I try to quote someone from Florida or PA it won't let me continue past details. And can't quote every company. Cure for example I have to go directly to their site to quote.

EZLynx saves me time when quoting clients, storing important info, and setting reminders for future quotes. It's simple and easy to use, clearly laid out, which streamlines my workflow.

Holding all the information of clients in one place, having a plugin with Outlook, and ability to text.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

It feels outdated and certain things about the UI could be very easily fixed to be more user friendly. Adding in billing information into EZ accounts would be a huge improvement too.

**What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They've solved the performance of texting a lot, which is greatly appreciated. Their support is quick and helpful as well, which goes a long way. AI features are welcome, but could also be taking steps in the wrong direction. But it's helpful to see. Pricing is good!

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

Support - lack of support and not enough training to truly show what EZ offers. I feel our agency was pushed into the transition from TAM and left to flounder a bit on how our day to day should look after decades of the same workflow. Need a team with education to maximize using EZ. Errors also don't get addressed - constantly get a ticket is made and issue isn't resolved till days later or being pushed to someone else.

I like that EZLynx has lots of features that help with maintaining an agency and staying on track. I appreciate the ability to set reminders and save notes for other agents to follow up on. It's great that these features can be viewed and worked on by other agents when the main agent is out of the office or busy. I find it more compatible and user-friendly compared to the product we used before. I also integrate it with Outlook, which works well for my setup.

The import of client information was lengthy and cumbersome.

I use EZLynx for maintaining client policies, renewals, and correspondence. It solves problems by logging conversations and emails for verification, enhancing team productivity with the ability for other agents to follow up when the main agent is unavailable.

I use EZLynx for Home, Auto, and Commercial insurance because it is very user-friendly, enabling us to quote insurance quickly. I like that it's easy to use by just filling in the blanks, and EZLynx does the rest. It is readily available for me to ask questions to our customers and make sure I have all the info I need to move forward for their quote. The initial setup was also very easy, making the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

Typing notes can be tricky because you have to be very careful to ensure that you have the correct customer you are working on, as it can change from the previous customer.

EZLynx is user-friendly, enabling us to quote insurance quickly. It allows me to gather necessary customer info to proceed with quotes efficiently.

I like how EZLynx helps in quoting by letting me enter client info once and compare with more than one carrier instantly, which saves time and reduces errors. It stands out how much time I can save for clients with better quotes. EZLynx's faster quoting means clients can get accurate options much faster, instead of waiting while I re-enter data across other carriers. The speed really lets me present faster and more competitively. I like everything about EZLynx and found the setup very easy to follow.

The interface is kind of clunky.

The integration of the insurance carriers and the quoting system makes work efficient, policies download quickly and the overall site makes work easy. The sales center allows me to keep track of my work and send out reminders. If support is ever needed, they are quick to respond or assist.

I like the capabilities that EZLynx provides.  The information about the customer as well as the capability to upload documents for each customer that is pretty much a mandatory requirement for agency management systems.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

It appears a lot of insurance companies do not use EZLynx within the rater.  This is very frustrating since a synopsis of all companies and their rates are what we are most interested in.

EZLynx is solving a lot of the issues that come with the rating system.  Seems to be less errors as the time goes by.

I use EZLynx for insurance quoting and it makes it so easy to bridge over and verify each company which saves me a lot of time. I like using it to review notes on clients, get all client information in one place, and review documents we attached. It's nice to have all notes in one place, and now we are able to attach documents to notes, which makes it easier for any agent to review and then help the client. The initial setup was really easy.

I like EZLynx's ability to download commission statements and policy details, making it helpful for figuring out commissions. The feature that accumulates carrier information and policy details in one place along with a helpful note-taking system is another aspect that I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

The AI features are pretty much useless. Instead of building a chatbot, it would be more helpful to upload documents and have the data read and input into EZLynx, like commission statements or quote information. Also, the automated email templates could use some work to have a more modern aesthetic.

EZLynx accumulates carrier information and policy details in one place with a helpful note-taking system. It helps me manage personal lines rating and download commission statements, making it easier to track commissions.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I've been using EZLynx for a long time, the UI / UX is very simple and you can be familiar with it even on a short period of time. The integrations and performance are great, the downloads are pretty fast when integrating to the carriers we use. The Pricing is good based on my manager and it is the best option for a insurance agency and the support is great they have ai and real back up support.

Probably nothing, I like everything about EZLynx, for me this is the fastest AMS I used ever.

EZLynx solves common agency problems like scattered client data, multiple disconnected tools, and time-consuming manual tasks by bringing everything quotes, policies, renewals, and communications into one automated system.

**What do you like best about EZLynx?**

I use EZLynx for my insurance business, and I like that it organizes all of my clients in one management system. It's user-friendly, which makes my chaotic day a bit easier. The document center with all of the Acord forms is very helpful and useful, and I use it most days. The pre-filled Acord forms within each individual account are a lifesaver. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was; it was really just a matter of creating my login, and it was straightforward after that.

**What do you dislike about EZLynx?**

Nothing comes to mind honestly. Maybe a daily email update of changes to policies I've written. New business, lapse/cancels, changes, etc.

EZLynx organizes all my clients in one system, includes necessary forms and documents, and lets me text clients.

I like how EZLynx regularly updates, providing new features to better suit our needs. The updates, such as the new labels tool, help our team easily know key information at a glance for a policyholder, like if they are a manual download. This makes it easier for us to track renewals and keep our retention high, allowing us to focus on getting new business.

I don't like how the websites are not that customizable. I want more customizability. I want to design it in a more unique way so that we can stand out.

I love that we're able to access multiple clients at the same time. I do love the integration with our phone system where once a call comes in, we're immediately able to get the client information. And finally, it's definitely the best tool for quoting where we can use a radar and compare rates across different companies. It's an all-in-one platform that makes it really easy to manage client information, generate comparable quotes, and keep everything organized in one place. It was extremely easy to set up, easy to download, easy to sign on, and very easy to navigate.

The only thing I could think of that could cause some sort of confusion is the nickname options when creating a new client it puts that as their name and not a different section.

It’s very user-friendly. I’ve been in situations where I’ve had to train staff to use it, and even the most inexperienced person picks it up quickly.

Right now, you can only get quotes for auto and home. It would be much more beneficial if the app also let you quote other lines of business.

It helps me get a better idea of the home we’re quoting. EZLYNX added the Zillow and County Assessor buttons, which makes it easier to pull up the information I need.
