What do you dislike about EZLynx?

What do you like best about EZLynx?

What do you dislike about EZLynx?

Ezlynx is so behind in technology and expensive for what it offers. EVA (Supposed to be EZLynx AI) is Embarrassing on the AI age. EZLynx couldn't come up with a basic bot? EVA is Embarrassing on today time being the age.

EZLynx couldn't come up with even a basic bot?

I asked Eva very basic questions like who my top 10 clients are premium wise. Or my largest policies and a few other basic questions. Who should I contact for this? Can you escalate it t the management? We are paying an arm and a leg for our subscription but not seeing any newer technology being embedded here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

I love that it is easy to use. It really does everything. From the way that it is laid out with the Overview page to Activity and Documents, it's very easy to find what you are looking for when you need to. The Overview page has the perfect amount of information displayed. It has the base details of each policy without going overboard with too many details. And I love how easy it is to attach emails directly from Outlook. However, the best part of EZLynx is their Customer Support. Every time that I have had to reach out to have something corrected that I can't figure out, the customer support is quick, friendly and helpful. Literally everything you would ever want from your tech support. The one time that the support person couldn't fix my issue and had to bump it up a level, I still had a fix and an answer within an hour. Amazing!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZLynx?

There are still some technical issues. Quite often the things that we need to fix in the accounts is downloads coming in out of order. I don't know that there is a good fix for that though. One thing that I find kind of annoying is that when you are creating a task, the drop down box to assign the task to a specific policy is in reverse order from the way that the policies are displayed. It isn't a problem at all if there are only a couple of policies on the account but a few of our accounts have multiple landlord policies. Trying to figure out which policy is the correct one is very frustrating at times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much I can say I dislike that is in your control. When the system glitches it is frustrating but that is not very often nor is it in your control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EZLynx is keeping us from losing clients when it gets busy (most days it is) you can go from one client to the next with the reminder to come back and finish up what you were doing with the first one. THE DIARY / SUSPENSE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE UPDATED,

THERE IS NO COMMON PLACE (AREA) TO KEEP PERMANENT APPS AND SIGNED DOCUMENTS WHERE THEY CAN BE EASILY LOCATED.

EVERYTHING APPEARS IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER, RATHER THAN BY "TABS" OR "LABELS" THERE SHOULD BE A TAB FOR "APPLICATIONS" "ACCOUNTING" POLICIES, CLAIMS/LOSSES, CLIENT CONVERSATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS, REJECTIONS, CERTIFICATES.

THE COI SECTION IS TERRIBLY CONFUSING AND HARD TO WORK WITH. IT IS NOT AS USER FRIENDLY AS OTHER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.

AN ACCOUNT MANAGER SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE SEVERAL FILES OPEN AT ONE TIME.

i AM NOT SEEING THE OPTION TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE FILE OPEN, BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN TOTALLY TRAINED YET, SO I COULD BE MISTAKEN. NOT SEEING THAT OPTION. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

EZ Lynx's automation capabilities are the only thing we like about this system. Everything else is mid-tier or terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZLynx?

Receipting and Invoicing is abysmal, the texting platform flat out sucks (replies have no continuity as replies show up as an email and don't attach to text thread), the Submission Center is terrible, and entering in Commercial Lines policy information is painstakingly difficult. Nothing about this system is "EZ". Quite candidly, we hate this system.

Furthermore, when switching to EZ Lynx just over a year ago, it took over 9 months before we felt we were paying our Producers correctly. We're lucky we didn't get an employer/employee compensation lawsuit and it was 100% due to EZ Lynx not being able to meet our commission tracking needs as they promised they could. There was absolutely zero sense of urgency on EZ Lynx's end to get things corrected as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

What do you dislike about EZLynx?

The quote rater even when putting in the claims is not as close as I would like on premiums. Have to go into the carrier sites to get better ideas on premiums. Even different before running reports and I would like that they would represent better to the site when on information is entered correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Usually the only problem I have is sometimes with errors for insurance carrier issues and non-quoting. Anytime I have called or accessed IT, they have been great to work with and very timely on responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

EZLynx has made managing my clients accounts, notes, and carrier downloads a breeze. The ability to use them, not only as a comparative rater, but also keep notes, link to outlook, and assign tasks to my team has really improved follow-ups and efficiency. What do you dislike about EZLynx?

Reports can be daunting to figure out and sometimes they timeout, so that can get annoying, but it is a small price to pay for all the other useful features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZLynx?

EzLynx is an extremely user friendly experience for all insurance agencies. I have worked with multiple CRMs, but EzLynx has continued to accel above and beyond its competitors. I didn't like that the SSN and privacy information was removed, but it came back. I sometimes find that allowing for a full middle name instead of an initial would be beneficial. The reports can sometimes be a bit challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
