The Life Sciences part is what I love the most. Having the option to have a demo first and then to choose what we exactly need is what customer experience needs to be. It is very easy to use. It can be easily implemented with a smooth integration. You have a various number of features... I personally love Slack. The whole team loves to use the product again and again.
