ERIN Pros and Cons

I like the ease of use. I was able to enter my referals information and they took charge from there! They make this program very user freiendly even for people who are not the most tech savy. I have used this program twice now and had zero issues each time. I was kept up to date with emails on progress and was able to check on my dashboard if I had any questions. The Erin app was very user-friendly. The app itselfs walks you through the process step-by-step whether you are entering a new referral or viewing an old referral. I was able to view my bonuses to know when my payments were elgible. The ERIN app also keeps a listining of all open job openings making it easier to send the application directly to someone. The only downside I had was reaching out to customer service once and it took some time before I ever heard back. As frequent as we rely on this ERIN app the customer service should more quickly.
