I find ERIN easy and simple to use for referring someone since it doesn’t ask for a lot of information, which is great. I appreciate being able to see in green if there is a referral bonus for a position before sending it to someone. It’s very convenient to track on the app if the person got hired and I was awarded the bonus. I also like how it's visibly easier to see the position and the bonus pay. I’ve really loved how easy it is to generate a link and send a referral to someone I think would do an amazing job where I work. I was able to send one to my sister, and she filled it out quickly.
