Our ability to build relational data segments within the platform initially drew us to Emarsys. This function has enabled us to be specific with targeting, customisation and personalisation in campaign sends, automation programs and SMS campaigns across the board.

I find the lack of logical folder structure in Emarsys the only downside . All past campaign sends and automation programs are grouped within a single folder, making organising and retrieving specific campaigns difficult. You can search by category or keyword which is good, however, we would greatly benefit from a more organised system and folder structure to streamline campaign management.
