Strong partnership and willigness to improve the platform together. The technology part is important but there are more solutions in/coming to the market. As EF gets bigger the speed of innovation and adaptability seems to reduce similar to other technology platforms before them. Its understandable but may impact longer term our decision to stay on the platform.
Other point is missing or low level functionality of the platform in certain areas. Example the platform is referred to as an intelligence platform but the intelligence part of it is actually poor with a lack of strong analytical tools to do deep dives on the data and behavior of users on the platform. So ironic to call something an intelligence platform where it does not deliver a lot of intelligence to the executive levels in companies like us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eightfold is extremely user friendly and the scheduling features are one of my favorites I have ever used! It allows you to easily message and set up phone calls/interviews with candidates all in one place. You can then easily update/reschedule/cancel the meeting if needed all in the same place as well, and it has the capability to sync to everyone's Outlook calendars for availability purposes. It keeps track of those who you have easily contacted and shared with the Hiring Team, making it easy to go back and look at your progress or updates as needed. Eightfold makes it much easier to schedule interviews and hold interviewers accountable for confirming their meetings and submitting feedback. It's also nice to have communities and events tied into it to track success of our university recruiting plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Campaigns/Communities get messy when you move people through different stages. Sometimes people move automatically and sometimes manually, very difficult to manage messaging for targeted audiences. It would be great to be able to use this as a CRM but it's current capabilities don't really allow for that without constantly moving people back and forth between stages.
The feedback forms aren't easily customizable by recrtuier, would be nice for a recrutier to have personalized feedback forms that work best for them as the one we currently have is extremely vague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Eightfold allows you to triangulate on the exact talent you're seeking via a rich array of criteria — not limited just to skills, companies, titles, etc. — but going further on career growth, liklihood of responding, as well as a host of metics specific to your organization (outreach statistics, past referrals, etc.). This leads to a sourcing initiative that finds not just qualified talent but also candidates with a likely greater vested interest in your company. My concern is that I'm sourcing through talent that is limited to the pool of candidates/prospects my company has already engaged, rather than also extending to new prospects who may have never interfaced with our company before. Additionally, while the UI has dramatically improved recently, I'm still remiss that there is not more information immediately available when scrolling through prospects (prior to actually clicking a profile). For example, on a platform like LI Recruiter, without having to click on a profile, I can see if I or a colleague has recently viewed that profile (and when), as well as a high level view of their experience/education. In EF, though there are a lot of great high level details regarding engagement with my company, per experience, I'm limited simply to the candidate's company and title when scrolling (and even then, I'm not sure if that's up to date). - Lacks ability to track conversion from applicant to hires under Insights, Sourcing

Moving candidates along the recruiting funnel and keeping it updated is super easy!

I would like to see a feedback section that is right on the first page on the candidate's profile.
