I really like the Calibration page, the Copilot for mass candidate invitations and profile summarization, and the AI Interviewer.

I love the Communication Center because it allows me to see all my messages in one place, and the Scheduling Center is extremely helpful for managing and tracking my sessions. The candidate search functionality is also very useful, as well as using tags, sending messages, having calls with candidates, and reviewing feedback in a single place.

I also really enjoy creating forms for technical interviews or TA filters, the communication available through the Career Center, and the plans. Honestly, I like everything. Its user interface is intuitive and visually appealing for recruiters. The most valuable, easy-to-use, and practical feature is the interview scheduling function. Additionally, it allows us to access previous candidate statuses at any time. Each stage of the process is well-structured, making the recruiter’s workflow significantly easier. Sometimes, its AI feature does not provide exactly what I’m looking for. For example, when uploading a CV, it occasionally fails to capture the correct details in the AI-generated output. As EF gets bigger the speed of innovation and adaptability seems to reduce similar to other technology platforms before them. Its understandable but may impact longer term our decision to stay on the platform.

Other point is missing or low level functionality of the platform in certain areas. Example the platform is referred to as an intelligence platform but the intelligence part of it is actually poor with a lack of strong analytical tools to do deep dives on the data and behavior of users on the platform.
