What do you like best about Drip?

After having used GetResponse, MailChimp, AWeber, SendGrid, and others over the past 20 years of sending emails, Drip is on balance the best.

The degree of flexibility and the depth of integrations available in the automations make for tremendous power in being able to reach the right person at the right time with the right message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

The support staff, while good, can get horrifyingly backed up, and as chat and email are the ONLY options available for support, I reaaaally wish there were a phone option like their competitors have--even if it were pay-to-play.

Often when you need support it's because you're trying to get an email out the door *right now* and you NEED support.

Sometimes, I've given up on what I really wanted to do and moved on to something else because I couldn't reach their support quickly.

That said, their staff are always on point: they know their Drip-fu.

The other thing that can be frustration-inducing is there are times when parts of the system (like loading a list of prior broadcasts to use as a qualifier/dis-qualifier for a new mailing), where the system sorta hoarks on itself and takes several tries to work.

Even still, because we like the rest of the stuff so much, these things are trivial in the grand scale of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Drip?

One of my favorite things about Drip is the email segmentation and tagging tools. Drip is the most accessible and intuitive software for us to create automated email sequences. The templates, ease of use, and integrations with all the other platforms and software we use to make it valuable to us. Customer service is friendly, competent, prompt, and responsive. I like how many things you can do if you are willing to invest the time and effort. Integration is easy with many shopping carts and other applications, and segmentation is very advanced. The way this segmentation works in conjunction with email workflows helps make it easy to create automated emails at every step of the checkout process. The email editor is straightforward, and templates give you enough to start. As a result, we have been able to automate an almost entirely manual process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

Learning how to set up funnels is not the most straightforward. However, especially if you are new to email marketing, Drip's support team and chat are elementary to use and will guide you through every step. They also offer video training and training webinars. What do you like best about Drip?

Drip is great if you repeatedly create the same type of campaigns, templates and contact forms with its duplication feature. This saves you tons of time and ensures that you are continually getting the outcome you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

The workflows can be difficult in the beginning to get your head around with the different possibilities and also options that you need to ensure are set correctly. Once you have these fully understood, it becomes a really robust tool to utilise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Drip?

When it comes to setting up automation, Drip has so many features that it takes some time to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

The worst aspect of this software is its price. They have some great features, but when we compare them to other software, The price could have been better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Drip?

Being able to schedule emails ahead of time. Also being able to select customers based on our websites criteria. We can use the fancy templates or just make regular looking emails fairly easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

It is hard to figure out sometimes. Especially when there are numerical values replacing name values. While their tech people are very friendly and helpful, unless you are very adventurous it is not necessarily intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Drip?

I loved using Drip. At the moment they had almost I needed and was my first "in deep" contact with an Automation tool.

The free plan is really helpful were you are starting.

The pricing now is really affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

It is not very easy. Not very complicated, though, but there were some improvements needed, some integrations that could be more polished / complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Drip?

Easy to use, great reporting and follow up. Good customer support. Nice looking emails that's easy to modify and adjust. Very nice display on desktop and mobile devices. Monthly reporting email from Drip helps to keep us informed on how our marketing campaigns are performing. Drip is always adding features to the platform and they do a good job keeping you informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

Takes a while to 'get' the workflows and use them efficiently. Learning curve for new employees can be time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Drip?

Drip's ability to segment consumers automatically is incredible if you sell various types of products and clients. When things changed for us, we migrated to Drip, but we also needed something substantial for our click and brick as our business grew. I appreciate that you can set up events depending on specific behaviors, such as when a subscriber visits a particular page on your website. The Facebook custom audience integration is convenient. It has helped us improve our social media targeting strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

The email builder is becoming better, but it still needs some work. One needs to mailbox test it because it won't save you from yourself. If you choose the "constrain image" box in some email clients, for example, the images will be skewed, therefore don't check that box! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
