I really enjoy the easy accounting software and ability to give each owner a detailed print out of their finances each month! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything! But firstly, the super herder friendly interface, the tenant and owner portals, and what I love is the one stop shop for all property listing and advertising. They also built me a killer website that integrates seamlessly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The outgoing payment processor is clunky and seems dates. Not user friendly and the processing time takes way too long. I get around this by just directly transferring outgoing payments through my bank. It's one extra step for me but all in all I don't mind it helps me get my clients paid faster. DoorLoop Property Management Software has helped me to address tenant needs, take payments, and charge late fees more efficiently. Because of the online application features, which enables me to text and/or email links to potential customers, I've been able to find better tenants at a much faster pace, which has helped me to be more productive with my time, Lastly, I'm new to DoorLoop and I have had a lot of questions. I'm pleasantly surprised with DoorLoop customer service. Anytime I've needed Customer Service to walk me through an issue or if I just had a quick question to help me figure a feature out, DoorLoop was there to help me resolve it. To me this is the most valuable because you could have the greatest software in the world but if you don't know how to use it then how valuable is it really? DoorLoop brings greater value to its product because of its excellent customer service support team, which is why I would recommend it to new property managers and property management companies. There are only two things I dislike about DoorLoop. First, they only offer financing through one company, Checkbook.io. Checkbook takes way too long to process payments and they make it difficult with very poor customer service. They take several days to respond and when they do they have been rude at times. You have to follow up sometimes to check on them. I've honestly almost left DoorLoop because of them. However, I feel confident they are addressing this issue and will be providing more options so we can use a better financial option. Second, DoorLoop's portal sometimes lags. It doesn't lag all the time but when it does it could be for up to 30 seconds. To be fair I'm not sure if that lag is my internet or not but I wanted to mention it just in case it happens on your end so you'll remember it. Again, they are a new company and I'm sure they will upgrade their servers to make sure the portal response times improve and remain fast at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

they have a 24/7 help service and almost all features are very self explanitory to use. they will on board all your info for you if you get them a spreadsheet. they are very quick to get back to you. and the reports are incredibly easy to read. i use it daily and it sits open on my computer and there is no constant signing in. it always right where i left it and every tenant has their own portal. it also send out reminder texts for rent! i charge a 5% management fee and there currently isnt a way to charge 5% of gross rents colllected - so i have to manually bill. the work arround is that you know for the entrirety of the lease what 5% of rent is, but i still wish it had that option Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The onboarding process can be coplicated but once you have it all set up, it is a real time saver. I am very new and need a lot of assistance. You can pay for assistance which I have done and will do again until I get everything I need. The trainers are very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only complaint I have is that the folks helping you (not paid help) go too fast and a little condecending when talking to older clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DoorLoop was very easy to set up and learn. The support team has been quick to respond and very helpful. We use it daily for rent collection, accounting, leasing and screening applicants and navigating all of those things has been very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far the only downsides we have seen that weren't simply user error are that you aren't able to add a vendor or tenant without contact info. Thankfully there's an easy work around for that but sometimes we just want to add a one time vendor like a gas station or other that we don't really need contact info for. DoorLoop has fantastic customer service. Any time I need help, I always have the ability to hop on and send a chat message to get help. This is super easy and quick. If my issue is more extensive then they are able to look at what I'm seeing and help me throiugh it. They are responsive and helpful. Everyone I've spoken with is nice and seem to care about what they are doing. I use Doorloop every day with work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I have ever had with Doorloop was at the beginning there was a delay in processing rent payments to the account. That issue has since been resolved and I haven't had any issues with them since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There has been a small learning curve switching accounting programs. Everyone has been very helpful during the transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside that I am having is paying out my owners. The ACH process takes up to 5 days. I am working with DoorLoop to improve this process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
