The technology platform is easy to use and offers everything I need to keep track of my property management business. This makes my company more professional and organized. I like the ease of use. The database itself is easy to maneuver for staff and tenants. Door Loop provides for all of my properties and allows me to see them individually, not as a huge collection of buildings. Forms, leases, notices and other items can be sent and kept confidential in one place. Allowing for archiving of paper records. Tenants love communicating with the portal.
