All the automated features. Less for the landlord to have to do. The communication with tenants is also simple and interactive. The implementation was easy as well. The initial customer support was very prompt and helpful. Integrations were straightforward and beneficial. I frequently use the desktop and application versions. I like Doorloop because it fits Accounting and Property Management into 1 platform. It is also good for the future as you can sync your chart of accounts from Doorloop to QuickBooks should your Property Management company becomes more successful and you need more sophisticated features like Payroll. I like it because my workers, who have no technical background, have not trouble entering the data. I have used the Customer Support and they were very responsive. I wish it allowed you to represent concepts like Depreciation more easily. Almost everybody needs this and this is not built into DoorLoop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DoorLoop is an excellent way to keep track of your properties in one, from their payment history to their repairs. It allows you to send annoucements to tenants, take payments online, have tenants request services and a lot more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside is their customer service is through a chat. Sometimes it's easier to have someone on a call to explain the problem your having. However, their response time is quick by chat and it's a live person, so that helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
