I like Doorloop because it fits Accounting and Property Management into 1 platform. It is also good for the future as you can sync your chart of accounts from Doorloop to QuickBooks should your Property Management company becomes more successful and you need more sophisticated features like Payroll. I like it because my workers, who have no technical background, have not trouble entering the data. I have used the Customer Support and they were very responsive. DoorLoop is an excellent way to keep track of your properties in one, from their payment history to their repairs. It allows you to send annoucements to tenants, take payments online, have tenants request services and a lot more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside is their customer service is through a chat. Sometimes it's easier to have someone on a call to explain the problem your having. However, their response time is quick by chat and it's a live person, so that helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
