I like that I can use the platform for ALL general Notary work. BUT I have not even used it yet because I am trying to get some help and have not found anyone that will take the time to help me. I was so looking forward to making this work for my new business.

My hope was that with advertising I would get tons of work. I really really wish they would have a contact that could help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like it at all that there is not someone you can call for help when needed. You are only directed to videos which are not always helpful. Sometime you just need a person to talk to to walk you through the process.

I can not imagine if someone had NO experience at all with computers. There is no way they would be able to do this and not have help.

I really hate that I am paying for a service that is not useful at all to me yet. Also, it is so so expensive. I thought that when I paid the $50 a month I would have unlimited access to do Notary signings BUT there has been charge after charge.

I like that I can use their platform to mark up documents and they will store my videos for up to 5 years. The program is pretty user friendly and they have a lot of information in their FAQs area. I am able to research most questions or issues through their help section of the Notary portal. They have videos and pictures to help you navigate how to do a remote notarization. I like that I can use this system for remote notary services and e-signatures for clients all in one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that they don't phone number to call for support. You have to send an email and wait for a response. I would really like to be able to call the support line and ask a question to a person because sometimes the question is lost in translation during the email exchange. The support team does answer my questions within the same day, but sometimes that one email response does not resolve the issue or answer my question. I wish they had a live chat feature so that I can have direct and instant communication with a support person. I think that with either or both of those the questions and problems would be resolved a lot quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a free account for a few months to get the feel of the site. I had registered with my Gmail account as I wasn't sure I was serious about the new RON situation in Florida. When I became ready to commit, I realized I needed to use my business address, but couldn't change it myself. Contacting DocVerify, I received prompt courteous and professional attention to my plight, and it was resolved right away. If this is how they handle a trivial matter such as this, I have confidence that more serious concerns will garner even greater attention. Thank you, DocVerify! Terrible support! Not user friendly. Very expensive. Platform wouldn’t even let me notarize two documents. I tried on two different computers & both chrome & Firefox with no results. I have found it impossible to use. I am an attorney and I have been a notary for more than 20 years. I signed up and then tested the software by notarizing a document for myself (not a real document, just a test). I had two good computers next to each other so I could see both sides. I could not complete the notarization. Sometimes the signing side cannot click to sign. Sometimes the signer has clicked, the signing side says signing is complete, but the notary side says they have not signed yet. My best guess is this corona virus has caused their system to be overloaded. Since there is no live support, who knows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simple to use interface - the process seems challenging at first, but the easy, step-by-step process keeps you on track through each step of the process and doesn't allow you to proceed until each step has been completed properly. Communication by the company during the beginning of the COVID19 crisis, when they saw the demand for their services explode beyond what they may have been ready for, was amazing, helpful and always timely. All of it! Doc verify makes it super easy to sign docs. The fact that this software allows me to do remote online notarizations is key for my business going forward.
