DocVerify Reviews & Product Details

I was able to use Doc Verify for my first RON. I was able to view an online webinar that helped me figure it out. The first time was a challenge but I figured it out with a few starts and stops. I can't compare it with any of the other RON venders as to its ease of use but the second time I did it went smoothly for the most part Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't do much notarization and this is rather complicated to learn. Also expensive to get the digital signature and to pay for each notarization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you sign up you will get ZERO service. Just lots of BOT answers and standard cut and paste auto replies from customer service. System is entirely UNUSER friendly. I've spent an entire day trying to get them to merge a free account into a paid account. Same answer again and again. There is no one to call and the threaten to not return any paid fees. DocVerify is an excellent website and has provided a great source for my clients during this time. I would recommend them to all Notaries. That customer support is only email. Although issue was resolved, it did take longer than it could have provided I had a direct line to call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy the different account options as well as their prices and payment preferences. I enjoy the simplicity as well as the very professionally organized step by step layout of the whole site and processes. I enjoy the grade sheet overall and its much needed viewing option so one can improve their grade.
