The cost is very accessible compared to other Remote Online Notary providers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lack of user support, lack of live support, lack of features such as client-view (I can't troubleshoot for my less-than-tech-savvy clients if I can't see what they see, etc), no refunds on used credits, even when a session fails due to their glitches, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very helpful in sending the documents and getting it signed from the client digitally in such difficult situation during lockdown due to Covid pandemic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find pricing little bit on higher side as compared to other service providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was nothing that I liked about DocVerify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DocVerify was so clunky to use, that after wasting $400 to set it up, I never ended up using it. What I thought I paid for was a year of service, rather than a monthly subscription. I thought that was it, but it turns out that DocVerify also has a very deceptive billing practice where, without any prior notice, they charge your card a year later for another year of service. Apparently, somewhere in the two-hour process to set it up, you agreed to it in the fine print. Of course, they don't have any customer service, just an email address. Within 5 minutes of seeing the charge pop up, and while the charge was still pending, I contacted DocVerify to let them know that I wasn't using the service and wanted a refund. They refused to do it, opting to keep my money when they knew I wouldn't be using their services at all. They smugly referred me to their fine print, showing me that they think it's perfectly okay to steal my money. It's not okay. It's theft. It's a shady, awful business practice. I wouldn't subject my clients to DocVerify's clunky service, but I would never even think about subjecting them to deceptive billing practices and keeping money that I didn't provide services to earn. Stay away from this business. It's not worth it by any measure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did not like anything about it. It failed when I needed it and when I tried to contact support, nobody returned my emails or calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does not work as advertised. You pay the price of the subscription and extras and when it does not work, there is no place to turn. All you are told is that there are not any refunds. If they stood behing their product, they would refund, when it failed. This seems like a scam. Pay the price; it does not work and then you can't find anyone to make it right. They do not want to make it right. I feel like they are just making money on what was needed during the pandemic and then running away with the money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It works really well and it seems easy enough for most of my clients to figure out on their cell phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is expensive since in Arizona we can only charge $10 per signature.

I like that I can prefill documents prior to a virtual session starting, saves a lot of time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the $50 cost monthly. Too much money, after paying a few bucks per ID verification submission Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The remote notarization option makes things much easier for our out of state clients and people who can't leave their house due to covid-19. I also like the up to four signers feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Remote notarization help is pretty scattered on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
