DocVerify is a platform that is mostly easy to navigate and learn with little information or training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Significant technical issues while utilizing the system's remote notarization feature with very little support or helpful troubleshooting options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did not find anything to like unfortunately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was charged a nonrefundable setup fee without being told that its technology is not compatible with Ohio attorney notaries who do not have an expiration date. I was told to use an arbitrary date, which made me uncomfortable. Customer service was fast to respond, but not helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fairly easy to use, can make changes during signing on areas where data needs to be entered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Things don't land where they are placed, unable to upload signature or stamp, no email is ever sent to users summarizing what changes/updates to the program have been made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. They platform is confusing and not user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything. You can't call customer service if you have an issue. They charge an arm and a leg to get anything notarial done. You can't even chat online with a rep, just a robot. Not renewing and will be seeking a new platform for my RON service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I made the mistake to trust DocVerify. At first they gave a price for RON but when I'm already signed they suddenly told me in order to use RON I will have to purchase the most expensive rate, I passed form 30$ per month to 75$. Then the site told me I had to purchase a signature, certificate and Tokens that where never reflected. In the end I paid about $300 without knowing what I was doing and I wasn't still able to do RON. I placed the claimed THAT SAME MINUTE and only returned $55 after hours of going back and forth... NOT RECOMMENDED, if you can go to another provider!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The shady way to give prices, they are not honest and if you make a mistake ON THAT SAME DAY AND HOUR they wouldn't still give the money back!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DocVerify allows users to remotely and electronicall sign contracts and documents, however the platform is too expensive for the output. I may as well e-mail users the documents and leave it up to them to e-mail back to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The DocVerify platform is too expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Documents upload effortlessly into DocVerify allowing notaries to upload PDF documents for notary transactions with ease. DocVerify is also clear in the set prices that are charged for each transaction, allowing notaries to pass these costs onto the client, if they so wish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When using DocVerify for notarial acts in Texas, it is imperative that a video meeting takes place and is recorded as notarial record. Many notary clients have a hard time connecting to this and create issues for the client. DocVerify's form field tools could also use improvement, as they are not very reliable and sometimes make the notary's job more difficult when completing an online notarization. Fairly easy to use- help section includes a step by step RON. Some problems are explained so you can move ahead. Can get a RON done in 15 minutes if all the ducks are in a row. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Poor customer service. No phone number to call if a problem. Email responses might take over 24 hours when you need an immediate response. Chat is of no real value. Fails to use Passport for id verification which I know can be used with another RON program. Costly $480 plus $100 for joining, plus $2 per id verification. I've done about 8 RONs with 5 more scheduled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m writing this review because I was very happy about the customer service I had just received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
