I think DE has great content from the federal contracting corner resources to the community blog to the events. Everything has been very informative and hasn't disappointed us! We have been incredibly impressed with it all. In addition, we have had the best transition experience ever. Everyone on the team was amazing and made it as seamless as possible. We have our crossposting set up and are notified if something seems off. We have access to all of our outreach and reporting efforts and the platform is incredibly user-friendly! I love that DE always provides the most up to date information. I always leave their conferences and discussions feeling very empowered. Also, the opportunity for networking their platform and conferences provide has been a very vital to my success in my role. DirectEmployers strives to meet the needs of its members and offers customer service like no other organization I have worked with. They understand the services they offer and the needs of the member. They are proactive and were the first to alert us to a service disruption due to a change on our website that impacted the data feed which prevented us from being out of compliance and are extremely responsive when you have a question. If I had to come up with something, it might be the lack of integration with our ATS and other systems. It is helpful that they scrape our site but to access reporting you do have to log into their site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
