**What do you like best about DirectEmployers Association?**

I think DE has great content from the federal contracting corner resources to the community blog to the events. Everything has been very informative and hasn't disappointed us! We have been incredibly impressed with it all. In addition, we have had the best transition experience ever. Everyone on the team was amazing and made it as seamless as possible. We have our crossposting set up and are notified if something seems off. We have access to all of our outreach and reporting efforts and the platform is incredibly user-friendly!

Nothing - we love it all. We have not experienced anything we dislike. We became members mid-year in 2024.

The provide assistance for our HR OFCCP compliance and OFCCP outreach reporting. We utilize them for all of our OFCCP compliance efforts as a federal contractor.

In all honesty, we have not encountered any significant downsides. The platform does exactly what it promises with high reliability. The initial implementation was a project that required our attention, but their support team was with us every step of the way, making the process as smooth as possible. We are very satisfied with the service and have no notable complaints.

DirectEmployers solves two critical problems for us: the overwhelming complexity of OFCCP compliance and the inefficiency of manual job distribution.

The de.works platform is not user friendly. It's difficult to convince recruiters to leverage the platform as the UI is outdated and difficult to navigate. Additionally, the organization contact information is not maintained for reachouts.

DirectEmployers is automatically posting our jobs to hundreds of boards to help us reach more applicants without manual intervention.

I dislike the need for clients to have to be hands-on on creating partnerships.  We are not staffed to have bandwidth for that, so we don't fully utilitze the product.  Also, we rarely see any traffic come from DE sites.

My company switched over to DirectEmployers a little over a year ago and it has been one of our best moves yet! DE is an exceptional platform. As Federal Contractors we must adhere to a plethora of compliance regulations and this platform allows us to do so with ease. Also not to mention their extraordinary webinars! The educational and training piece is truly unmatched. I appreciate them keeping us informed as governmental changes come down the pipeline. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Fortunately, I do not have any cons with DE to speak of.

**What problems is DirectEmployers Association solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partner outreach! Keeping up with the required outreach and quarterly assessments is quite difficult to keep up with, and DE has solved this problem for us. The suggested partners, communication log, and reminders to assess each partner has made a huge difference on our team.

I've worked with DirectEmployers at several companies now, and each time we renew or bring them on and have a chance to review competitors, there's just no other entity that can do what they do to the extent that they do it.

**What do you dislike about DirectEmployers Association?**

One downside is that there is SO much to understand and track and that can be difficult to keep up with. You'll need someone on your team that can keep tabs on your DirectEmployers relationship - it's not a full time role, but it needs to be in someone's direct purview.

**What problems is DirectEmployers Association solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I started using DirectEmployers no company I've worked for has been flagged for an audit. If you've had to do an audit, you know how much work it can require, and not having to do them is great.

After 14 years of working with DirectEmployers, the staff has always been available and committed to support me with my questions and to provide me with resources and direction to assist with my needs. I am always impressed with the energy they bring to every situation and making sure I walk away with everything I need - and more.

There are members who do not take advantage of the products and services that DirectEmployers offers - I would encourage more outreach to connect with members to proactively identify how they can assist with individual education and the value that DirectEmployers can successfully provide them and make their work easier!

**What problems is DirectEmployers Association solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DirectEmployers eliminates any concern that jobs are getting distributed for visibility and for compliance. They are also beneficial on their performance to advise immediately when new events, legislation, etc occurs in order to determine actions and response.

Our partnership with DirectEmployers has been nothing short of exceptional. As a government contractor, having a relaible resrouce for compliance is truly invaluable. DirectEmployers has continuously delivered us top-tier expertise and support. Our organziation has been able to use DirectEmployers various tools to work through multiple audits over the past five years, giving us confidence each step of the way.
They offer an impressive array of tools to their users that make learning and networking easy and enjoyable. From their podcasts, webinars, community chat board - and my personal favorite DEAMCon, there are so many great ways to connect with other industry professionals!

**What do you dislike about DirectEmployers Association?**

Absolutely nothing. DirectEmployers is truly our trusted partner to navigate the ever changing complexities of government contracting.

**What problems is DirectEmployers Association solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DirectEmployers outreach tool has really created a "one stop shop" for all of our outreach tracking. Our entire team is able to track their individual efforts and outreach to be stored and compiled in one convieant place. Prior to the tool, we were using Excel spreadsheets and forgetting where they were stored, or forgetting to update all together. The outreach tool has really been a game changer for us!

I love that DE always provides the most up to date information. I always leave their conferences and discussions feeling very empowered. Also, the opportunity for networking their platform and conferences provide has been a very vital to my success in my role. The rate of response is usually within 24hrs unless both parties decide that a meeting/call needs to take place.

At this time, I have not found a single thing I dislike about our relationship with this vendor.  The meet the expectation.

Utilizing them for sourcing, in which they maintain that data in there system.  I'm also looking forward to DEAMCon25, as I know they will be able to provide guidance based on the changes made by the current Administration.

DirectEmployers strives to meet the needs of its members and offers customer service like no other organization I have worked with. They understand the services they offer and the needs of the member. They are proactive and were the first to alert us to a service disruption due to a change on our website that impacted the data feed which prevented us from being out of compliance and are extremely responsive when you have a question.

**What do you dislike about DirectEmployers Association?**

If I had to come up with something, it might be the lack of integration with our ATS and other systems. It is helpful that they scrape our site but to access reporting you do have to log into their site.

**What problems is DirectEmployers Association solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DE ensures we mee the VEVRAA job listing requirement. With their PRM tool, we were also able to track outreach and correspondence with organizations that support veteran hiring efforts as well as other organizations.

The webinars have been the most beneficial to Phillips 66. It's a great way to stay on top of trending topics and knowing the impacts or actions for our company. I love the networking and community where you can ask questions and find out best practices across companies.

I haven't found any down sides to using DE. It's met all of my expectations.
