What do you like best about Deputy?

Scheduling tool is phenomenal, I love the way it moves right over to the timesheet and is easy to use for my team members. The timeclock is simple and easy to install. We also love the tasks app and the integration with our payroll software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deputy?

We wish that the newsfeed had a one-on-one DM option instead of the newsfeed option for every type of message. Also I wish that the task reporting had more options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deputy makes managing staff rota's super easy.

Monitoring holiday and lieu is made easy.

What do you like best about Deputy?

It is very easy to use and helped our company so much to ease the implementation of the roster. User friendly, and very helpful customer support.

What do you like best about Deputy?

Deputy is very helpful in allowing employees to manager their own leave requests and unavailabilities and has helped us avoid any overlapping shifts across our multiple locations and has streamlined the payroll process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using deputy now for two years, it's been so helpful for us as a business, it has cut down the time it takes to complete pay roll. It also makes it really easy to publish open shifts to allow your team to request to work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deputy?

Deputy is easy to use with a menu that makes sense. The support at Deputy has been very responsive. It was easy to implement. We are integrating with our payroll company and it's going very well. It has the features we are looking for. We have approximately 50 employees and we use and monitor the system daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deputy?

The Deputy platform is the transmission to the engine of my business. I run a very intense and involved healthcare staffing agency with a lot of moving parts. It is because of the detail and involvement of Deputy that my business is possible. It is an exceptional platform...nothing else comes close. The support is fantastic (VERY important), and the company welcomes suggestions. I LOVE IT! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To me, any company that values and takes into serious consideration any suggestions and feedback does not have cons. This platform is customizable to my business, and the suggestions I have are minor detail. That platform works so beautifully, that I really have nothing to report. They are an awesome organization! What do you like best about Deputy?

i wanted a system that could help me out with rostering, knowing team members were notified promptly (without having to send various emails) able to calculate staff costs for budgets,hours and was easy to plug into cloud based systems such as Shopify etc. to get reports i had previously needed to curate on excel.

I wanted my team to have a user friendly system that clocked the hours and breaks, even reminded them of their shifts especially if they were running late. and if there were anything they wanted to advise , could leave notes including rating their day.

best thing it's in an app which made things easier for the younger generation.

even if you just require it for rostering, use it. it saves so much time and can notify team with one click of a button.
