The applicant tracking and onboarding features have been a big improvement over our manual process. Core HR is helpful as an HR administrator as an employee directory. I appreciate the Town Halls and efforts for customer support and product improvement. Our implementation manager was very helpful and patient throughout the process. The time to implement, and test, rigidity with workflows, it's not intuitive, the printing of appraisals, unable to upload jpgs. It lacks flexibility in many areas.
