The applicant tracking and onboarding features have been a big improvement over our manual process. Core HR is helpful as an HR administrator as an employee directory. The time to implement, and test, rigidity with workflows, it's not intuitive, the printing of appraisals, unable to upload jpgs. It lacks flexibility in many areas.
