Entire suite has many options that allow customers to customize workflow all the way through entire process from candidate, to employee and beyond. Onboarding is simple and easy to setup. Performance management is also pretty straightforward to setup and use. Previous Silkroad users will not have any issues with user adoption as the interface are very similar in nature. The applicant tracking and onboarding features have been a big improvement over our manual process. Core HR is helpful as an HR administrator as an employee directory. I appreciate the Town Halls and efforts for customer support and product improvement. Our implementation manager was very helpful and patient throughout the process. The time to implement, and test, rigidity with workflows, it's not intuitive, the printing of appraisals, unable to upload jpgs. It lacks flexibility in many areas.
