Im honestly so pleasantly surprised by Deel. Im an independent contractor so international payment is always a bit of a fuss. I had never heard of Deel so I didnt really know what to expect, but the sign up and activation process was a breeze! My contract was automatically added by the company, my local bank account was supported, and setting up automatic withdrawals took literally one minute. The software is great to use. My contracts are all in one place with current status. I can log hours, get them approved and have the payment automatically distributed to my bank account. Verification was simple, I liked that I got to switch from using a desktop pc to my mobile phone. There are lots of great features like splitting payments to multiple accounts. We used Deel as an EOR. The single most improtant thing we want form an EOR provider is toi pay our employees on time. Deel did not do this. There was a financial reconciliation issue due to a credit on our account. Although we had paid all the invoices (plus they hld a $25k depoast from us) they were unable to properly account for $300 credit they applied to account which resulted in them not patying our employee. To make matters worse they did not commuicater this to ewither us or our employee. The cusomter success people said they were pwoerless and blamed it on thier finance team.

I have been using it daily for over a month now. I work in a different country, yet the exchange and conversions are seamless. It integrates all the features in an easy to understand UI. The homepage could benefit from a slight redesign. Rather than emphasizing customizability of the cards and widgets, it could adopt a less customizable UI that provides access to all options without requiring scrolling. For example, the support card is currently placed at the bottom by default. If the design focused less on customizability and instead utilized screen space more efficiently, the support options could be displayed alongside everything else, potentially eliminating the need for a scrollbar. The speed of payment is AMAZING! Also, the speed of response of the chats with super accurate solutions (no hateful generic bots answers hahahaha). Another thing that I think is fabulous is that they deliver the invoices through the same page and you can keep them organized there, and they also detail the processes in the payment from “Approved task” to “Paid”. Honestly... Nothing! Every day I am more and more surprised when I use the platform, because of its speed and the great capacity to solve queries (when they arise).
