Deel have a user-friendly interface that takes the headache out of onboarding international talent and managing contracts. Document verification is automated and quick. The platform's ability to handle payments in multiple currencies with automated scheduling is a game-changer. We can also get cards both virtual and physical in usd which hepled me a lot to buy subscriptions and softwares without worrying about low conversion rates and taxes. The best thing about Deel is the number of options in which one could get paid in, also the commission rates are the lowest I have seen compared to other platforms I have used in the past. I really like how easy it is to use, very simple and effective to implement payments. In some occasions you could even get paid earlier then the predetermined payment day. And the withdrawl option pays you in seconds which I have never seen in other platforms as far as payroll. The platform is well integrated and it has a good number of features as well as a lot of discounts with many online compoanies. I use it frecuently and never had any issues with not one payment, something i cannot say with other patforms. If any questions, their customer service replies very quickly and they effectively help you faster than expected given customer service most of the time take their time to even reply to any questions. Deel has worked great for me. To be honest, I was unaware of Deel until just recently, and I had been using the same old platforms to manage my payments and contracts as a freelancer, but Deel outperforms them all. It's extremely easy to use, and the segments and the relevant information are always available and very clear to understand. In addition, it has its own card called "My Card" that can be processed in a matter of minutes, and its artificial intelligence, known as Deel AI, responds to all of your doubts in a friendly and efficient way. It is a straightforward application to set your contracts directly with the company you're working for, also it has many features that allow you to prepare your tax forms, set when would you like to receive your payment, and withdraw the money directly to your preferred method. It also provides great customer service, although I never had the urgency to receive support, there was a time when I was trying to track my money and they offered a direct phone call and it was easy and seamless to resolve my issue.
