I like that it’s super flexible and easy to use. I can get paid for my contractor work, keep my earnings there in my virtual/physical card, or send the money over to different platforms in really convenient ways Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the UI takes long to load with minimal interactions, and sometimes the UI is not that much intuitive. These are nitpicks and not actual issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is very efficient and clear with Deel. You know exactly how much you are being paid and when. It also allows you to keep your contract a hand. For employers, the fact that it automates payments, invonces and contracts makes the administrative load so much less. It's one thing less to worry about. As an employee you have all your money safe and clear, without delays in payments. The Deel card is also very useful as you can transfer money to that wallet without cost and automatically. You have control over how much you want to have in the card. It's all very intuitive and easy to use. For taxes purposes it's incredibly helpful, specially when hiring a team located in different countries. They have a great deal of discounts and partnerships. The fees to transfer money to your own account can be high and volatile depending on the amounts you wanto to transfer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support will be always super reactive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
About everything else:
1)The support is reactive, yes, but it’s ineffective most of the time.
2)I never received a single correct payslip. It changed every month without any explanation. There’s a massive lack of transparency or ability to explain what’s going on.
3)The payslips themselves are poorly designed—just two sentences, really? I discussed this with their support. In Japan, this kind of payslip isn’t taken seriously.
4)The bonus calculation was completely wrong. I asked for a precise net bonus and needed to know which amount should be paid by my employer. The support gave me a number, but once again, they messed it up. I only got two-thirds of my bonus. They’re just incompetent.
5)They also randomly call you in the middle of the night, asking for a “customer satisfaction survey.” What the hell?!
6)You’d think you could just leave them in peace—but of course not. They never tell you (even if you leave on the 5th of the month) that you’ll have to pay a setup fee (whatever that means), an off-boarding fee, and an EIR management fee, all on top of the regular fee. This is borderline fraudulent, to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using Deel for 3 years now and it's been the best platform for contracted payroll, including sending and receiving contracts and receiving pay. It's super easy to use and I've never had any issues with Deel ever at all.
The fees aren't as high as other payment platforms to be honest. There are other platforms that charge significantly more than Deel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Withdrawal to local banks outside the USA require going through payoneer (never use to be the case). Payoneer is extremely expensive with high fees and I'd love if we could revert to Local transfers going directly to the bank instead of being deposited through Payoneer. The platform is detailed, easy to navigate, user-friendly, and have simplified processes. I highly recommend it for handling HR tasks for companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I was submitting tax forms, I found it a bit difficult to understand some of them. A brief explanation of those forms and their purpose would have helped me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deel offers a very smooth and seemless experience. It is very easy to use and fund management is also awsome. On the top of that Deel also offers a variety of rewards and perks. It's customer support is also very useful. I use this platform fortnightly to manage my funds from the Crunchlabs. By the way it is integrated, it looks like a part of company's platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Till now, there is no such thing to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most about Deel is how easy and intuitive are all of the steps, whether it is to sign your first contract, receiving your payment or withdrawing it. Bein a freelancer can be very stressful but Deel takes this weight off of my shoulders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lately I´ve been having trouble to change profiles from company A to B, but no biggie Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the way it verifies and connects with employee to their company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I guess every time I need to log in even if I keep that log in on my browser is the only thing I can dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since I made my account I recognised the higher level of professionalism compared to previous platforms that I'd worked with. In addition to that, the payment methods got my attention where I can split my income and receive it through multiple bank accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even thought there's an option to personalise the home page. It still feels a bit chaotic due to many options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deel has been a phenomenal platform for me, being a remote employee to a foreign company and having zero hassle for tax, compliance and payroll through deel has been great for me. They take care of all these things very smoothly so that we don't have to think about all of these. I also like their UI which is aesthetically pleasing and is very easy to navigate and find information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The major improvement that i would expect from deel is their chat support turnaround time. Their chat support takes a long time to connect to a real agent and also the responses of the agent are not real time.
One of the issue that I observed was getting emails from two different vendors for ,submitting some tax related document, one of them was discontinued and another was the current active vendor. Sometimes it's become problematic to decide which vendor to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
