I like their UI the most compared to previous vendors we have used. It is extremely easy to use. Their customer support is also extremely efficient and they have been helpful so far in two cases I have needed help. I was not able to speak to someone when I had to, I always like to speak to someone by phone, I was only able to speak to someone by chat after a 30 minutes wait, but the worst thing for me would be the time that they ask to deliver the amount available on my deel account, they ussually ask for 3 business days.
