I’ve been using Deel as a contractor, getting paid on time has never been an issue. I love that I have different withdrawal options as well - and if you enable auto withdrawals you can just leave it at that and see the money pop up in your account without having to go back and forth on Deel!

Apart from that, I don't have the headache of understanding the compliance and tax paperwork as Deel takes care of that for me. The exchange rates aren’t always the best, so I sometimes end up losing a bit on conversions, in addition to the processing fee. This is the main drawback when compared to direct wire transfers, as you can't save as much money when compared to doing it on a platform such as Deel. I found Deel to be very intuitive and easy to use. The interface is well-designed, making navigation seamless. - They've changed card provider 3 times already, each time they didn't honor what you had and forced you to pay again to get the new physical card.

Using Deel i have received timely payments, without issue and the transparency, when receiving a payment is second to none. As a contractor, all of Deel's invoice aggregation, tax and management systems have proven extremely useful in managing my numbers; Deel's storage of all my official documentation, contracts, contracts amendments and invoices has proven exceptionally useful in applying for financial products as a sole trader in the UK. Deel's ease of use has helped me get my mortgage! When I need to run any numbers regarding my contracting, I open Deel and start there. Deel has been a great solution for my particular situation and I am glad the company had it in place. When I started with the company, I was the first person to work in the state where I live so they didn't have standard W2 payroll set up yet. I really like features like being able to see what is coming, sign and acknowledge documents, set up multiple deposit sources. It is really easy to use and navigate and I never needed to contact customer support. If the company i work for didn't have this in place, it would have caused a real problem.
