Things are good but the phone app interface could have been better. Also the AI chat is very useful but I would like to decide if I want to write to the AI or to chat directly with a human operator. It took me about 20 minutes to figure out everything I needed within short notice on the platform, this included things like payments and leave. Both of which are clearly communicated on the dashboard and easy to apply for. The next part was documentation and requesting of papers. There's a clear system for it as well and I experienced no issues requesting paperwork.
