I've been using Deel for a month now, as a contractor. It's my first experience with the platform so I was quite curious how it would compare to others. Initial setup and registration went quite smoothly once the company sent out my invitation. It took me about 20 minutes to figure out everything I needed within short notice on the platform, this included things like payments and leave. Both of which are clearly communicated on the dashboard and easy to apply for. The next part was documentation and requesting of papers. There's a clear system for it as well and I experienced no issues requesting paperwork.
Overall a good platform, the staff are also quite friendly. A huge bonus is that payments have been made quite quickly to my bank, even overseas payments which is very much appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do feel like the initial registration did go slightly slower than I would have liked but that is mostly due to the authenticator and the systems they've built to make sure you are who you say you are. Things are good but the phone app interface could have been better. Also the AI chat is very useful but I would like to decide if I want to write to the AI or to chat directly with a human operator.
