The community section of Dash Hudson is not up to par with other solutions, yet. The basic capabilities are there (pulling in comments on our paid and organic ads/posts, DMs, mentions) but does not allow for keyword recognition under the commnunity feature and does not easily allow for the reporting we need to do on a monthly basis (comparing tag usage). As a seasoned social media manager, I have used Dash Hudson across a couple of businesses and have always been impressed with the team.
