Dash Hudson's analysis of content is more advanced than any other platform we've used. The AI functionality assists our team to take the guess work out of selecting content to post and therefore improves our performance. The system is very user friendly and inituative and if we ever face any difficulties the customer support team as well as our account manager is very quick to respond and assist. The salesforce integration isn't quiet where we need it to be currently, we utilise another provider for their two-way integration which allows our inbox to be managed via Saleforce service cloud and pushing through the other provider and then to social. DashHudson includes everything you would need to manage your most important social media channels.
From a very intuitive and visually appealing interface to a great suit of functionalities, this platform helps us to keep track of performance and manage our channels.
Some highlights:
- The UGC section of analytics is a great help to our business - it's easier than ever to source great content around or product.
- Additionally, the feature to request usage rights for UGC is amazing and facilitates the previously manual process so much.
-The scheduler is designed to have an overview of all activity across channels. The overview is sleek and allows to reschedule with just a click of a button without losing track of the bigger picture.
- You can easily tag content and build dashboards to monitor some top level KPIs, group content together and create boards to share with other stakeholders

DashHudson has a great suite of tools to manage your Social Media accounts.
The only thing I could possibly list here, is that the insights, which are already quite good, could be designed to go even deeper into some KPIs or numbers.
Sometimes drilling down into certain numbers would be very valuable, e.g., clicking on a data point, for example, a date, and then seeing only numbers that pertain to that date.
This feature is already available in the UGC section where you can click on a certain date and see all content that was created or tagged on that day.

I'd say downsides are there seems to be some problems with data not being accurate, scheduling being down, etc. A lot is not in their control though and they are quick and response when there is an issue! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dash Hudson offers so many great and unique services. From being able to schedule all content across different channels and preview the feeds, to the different detailed reports provided and community managment tools, Dash Hudson has everything one would need for social media. I like the design. Out of all social and influencer platforms it's the prettiest, most inviting one. It's also super user-friendly. You can't ever really mess up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that you can't easily make a carousel under UGC section from multiple posts/users. Also in your libraries, content sometimes takes forever to load that's at the bottom and you have to refresh, and uploading content can sometimes take a while or fail. Dashboards are relatively easy to set up, new social listening feature is very helpful, relationships function is very useful for influencer tracking, and community engagement becomes much more streamlined. Editing placement of dashboards can be a bit of a pain. Predictive AI a lot less accurate than we were led to believe (but could depend on what type of content is being published). Segmenting content into different buckets took a bit of getting used to, but there seems to now be a new tagging feature that will make this easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dash Hudson is an amazing tool for social scheduling and analysis. Information is presented in a clear and concise way that allows easy explanation of what works on social, and what does not. The team is extremely responsive and helpful. Tools such as the entertainment score, trending tiktok sounds, boards, and more set it a step above any other social media management platform I have used in the past. I love the competitor insights section. It's so easy to set up, and I love seeing all the posts laid out in an easily digestible way. I love the platform, my only "critique" (not really bad but a suggestion) would be to have our client service team review our current reporting templates and show us how Dash Hudson can be used to answer the specific questions/metrics we're asked for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
