My favorite features on Dash Hudson are their Likeshop tool and the new enhancement that allows comments from paid ads to flow into the Community section. It allows you to link feed posts to multiple destinations, making it suitable beyond just shopping capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This isn't so much a 'dislike' as it is a wishlist feature. It would be great to see more granular data within Likeshop, such as any potential purchases or revenue generated. What I like best about Dash Hudson is how user-friendly the platform is from planning, reporting, listening, and strategy. It cuts out the steps of manual reporting and sharing the analytics to the broader team in a way that is digestible and effective. Being able to track campaigns through Campaigns and Boards helps so much. One of my favorite innovations has been TikTok trending sounds! As a social team of 1 for about 6 months, it has saved me so much time and has helped the brand stay relevant. I've also had to message CS through the live chat function a few times and they have been nothing but helpful. As well, Addison has been a joy to work with and provides the best support! I understand it is outside of current capabilities but being able to auto-publish with customized cover images for IG and TikTok would be a dream.

When we moved away from Sprout and were evaluating a number of tools, Dash Hudson stood out immediately for its sleek user interface and streamlined functionalities. Our team loves the AI technology for predicting trends and content performance, the clean dashboard, and the data that comes with the link in bio feature.
Reporting was a priority for us, and Dash Hudson's capabilities are robust but still easy to navigate. We were able to maintain all reporting that we had with Sprout, but with additions our clients appreciate, like the Entertainment Score and Visual IQ.
On the administrative side, we appreciate that we get unlimited users for one price and can add our clients to their own dashboards without the expense going up. This has allowed us to streamline our approval process and make clients feel like they have more control of content being published. As a relatively newer social software, there are some features that are missing in order for this to be our only scheduling software. For example, having no LinkedIn capabilities means that we do have to rely on another platform. We'd also like to see more customizable link-scheduling capabilities for Facebook and previews of content visuals when looking at all calendars across all channels. Dash Hudson fills the role of a whole person on my social media team. The multi-faceted features the platform offers saves our team so much time, helps us stay organized and ahead of schedule. They're always open to feedback on how tools can be improved or more helpful and I've seen this feedback come to fruition in the platform. We use it on a dailly basis to check metrics, schedule posts and plan for influencer partnerships. The account manager that our company is assigned to has so much great knowledge to share and the industry trend and metrics reports help us with strategizing and planning. The ease and versatility of the platform makes it a great asset to our social and influencer team.
