First and foremost, the most incredible thing about Dash Hudson is the people behind it and run it. I've worked in marketing and social media management for some time now and the Dash Hudson team is by far the most friendly, helpful, educated and simply amazing people I've ever worked for within this business.
As for the platform it is also by far my favorite. The UX/UI on is simple, intuitive and gives you all the insights and data you could ever need to run your platforms. From gathering your own data, UGC, competitor insights and so forth it excels. I rarely get excited about SAAS products because the UX/UI usually sucks by Dash Hudson is the opposite. There really isn't any major opportunities for Dash hudson other than streamlining their TikTok UGC tool. While it is helpful to a degree it's not as robust as it could be. Hence they are in the early stages of launching this feature for the first time so I'm confident they will streamline it to be incredibly resourceful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dash Hudson is one of the most user-friendly, socially-attuned platform I've used in my career. I have worked at a number of different companies over the years and have used many different social media management platforms, and I always find myself recommending Dash Hudson if it is not already onboarded.
The onboarding process has always been seamless and the various account representatives I have worked with have always been helpful with any questions or support needed. What I dislike about Dash Hudson is what I dislike about any social media management platform - lack of access to certain platform API information which can cause you to have to do stuff outside of platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dash Hudson is very user friendly - while the training and onboarding from Rachael and her team has been excellent, it's easy to pick up the tool on day 1 and start gaining valuable insights. The customer support is excellent and Gill and the team are very happy to help. All tools have thier nuances and there are a few performance metrics we want to track for our brands that we can't currently access in Dash Hudson, so we'd love to work with Dash Hudson to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Certain features to improve: calendarization, would love it to be more of a whiteboard space as well. Notion does a a great job of it being easily customizable and editable. Whiteboard to calendarize meaning to take notes, write down overall themes we try to tackle. It's not easy enough for our team to use as we rely on Excel currently.
Also the integration with Tik Tok, it's not centralized enough as I feel like I'm missing certain info. Where I'm able to see my creators and their posts on Tik Tok under relationship, a place to save all the instagram stories from other creators. Ultimately, to not only have a sense of reach on our owned socials but also the reach from our creators. That would be the ideal end goal, then a truly centralized insights platform where I can compare our reach, over time, channels, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We absolutley love Dash Hudson, we love that all metrics and insights are in the same place, and that creating reports is super quick and seamless.
Dash is incredibly easy to use and navigate and for team members to jump in and out where they need.

There are so many things I love about this platform:
- Best, most intuitive and aesthetically-pleasing analytics platform on the market. It's actually nice to look at, which makes a huge difference when you're pulling data.
- A+ customer service — being able to contact our rep at any time and get a same day response is a huge help.
- Love the competitor analysis and AI features
- Most of all, as media publishers it's been hugely helpful to have a scheduling tool that also pulls in minute by minute data so we can make the most informed strategy decisions possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Platform can occasionally be more glitchy than other programs I've used. (I'd still recommend it but that's when it really comes in handy to have a good relationship with your service reps.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, I have to double-check when a post goes live in case the product tag didn't go through or if the scheduling tool is having problems, but this is rarely a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part of Dash Hudson is deep understanding you get from your audience and content because of their analytics and dashboards. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use for users not well versed in software. The entertainment score is also a helpful and innovative way to understand what our audiences are interested in seeing.
