CustomerLabs is excellent at delivering exactly what you need - first party tracking. Nowadays, cookies expire instantly and privacy issues have made it harder to find customers that are interested in your website. Thanks to CustomerLabs, we are able to identify more customers than other services (TW/CAPI) and feed that data back into the advertising platforms (FB/Google) to target more users like those that are purchasing our products. CustomerLabs is the best value first-party data platform we have used. It has flexible plans for all sizes and it makes a positive impact on audience match rate which in turn increases ROAS on advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google ads. You can clearly see the lift in results after only 14 days. The customer service is also excellent and they will have frequent meetings to review your progress which is very helpful. It allows me to integrate and seamlessly sync my customer data in real-time with my existing marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Mixpanel, Salesforce, and others tools. It also allows me to easily track, identify, segment, and analyze customer data. The platform allows me to manage personalized campaigns across channels without relying on my developers. Customer Labs is redefining first-party data capture, storage, and audience deployment with ease. When you normally think of CDP you think of expensive and developer-heavy, but not anymore. Not only does Customer Labs integrate with some of the most common and popular CRMs and Ad platforms to bring unity to your marketing efforts. It also has first-rate support and a team that is responsive and helpful when things go wrong.
