Makes it easy to pull in the information you need or reacquiant yourself with what has happened before. While I can't think of any real downsides to actually using Culture Amp, I would say the only thing I could level a critique about is the login process. I'm asked to put in my email first into a box, then click submit then I have to click 'SSO' to get another prompt for my email / password. Why not allow an SSO button right from the get-go? Structured format for questions allows for transparency and logical flow with survey sections or subject areas.

Multiple choice answers and open ended answers provides flexiibilty to capture the users thoughts.

No need to complete the survey in one session - progress is saved and can be resumed for completion at any time.

Culture Amp excels in creating an intuitive and user-friendly platform for collecting and acting on employee feedback. I particularly appreciate the focus on employee engagement, performance, and development—it’s not just about surveys, but about fostering real growth and connection within teams. While Culture Amp is an excellent platform, there are a few areas where it could improve. For instance, the dashboard can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users unfamiliar with its layout or features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Culture Amp is extremely user friendly and has been great for all employees-whether it's in regards to the engagement survey results and action plans, using the 1:1 templates, or implementing shoutouts. This is the first year we've allowed the managers to have access to the reports in the tool, and it was extremely easy for them to access. The Shoutouts tool isn't as helpful as I thought it would be; while it does integrate with Teams, it doens't provide a lot of value from the channels and you can't easily find the shoutouts you're looking for. Now at the 2 year milestone, the trend analysis we have at our fingertips is second to none. With it we are able to build narratives and action plans that are tailored to the needs of different services. With the incredible customer support, we are able to reflect on what action has worked and what hasn't, contributing to organisational learning and enabling efficient and intentional culture shift. Whilst it's taken time to embed across the organisation, now everyone knows about CultureAmp and has seen what it can do, and how easy it is, the appetite for data and insight via the Engagement module is at an all time high. It is very clever how connects all feedbaks and goals so all my colleagues and manager can interact and control through it, even for myself, it helped a lot with my organization and tasks mapping. I like working with culture amp, for our employee reviews and check-ins. It is an easy system to use, and very easy to navigate. I use this system around 3 to 4 times a year, in order to set goals, reviews throughout the year and year end. It is also a great system to use to request and give feedback to other employees that I work along side.
