I love the 1-2-1 functionality. It allows me to schedule regular 1-2-1s with my team members and then add items to the agenda throughout the week as they arise. The team member can also add any items that they want to discuss and we then both have a record of our conversation and any agreed actions.
It also provided a quick and easy way to check-in with the team member on a number of topics such as workload, wellbeing, personal development etc. For a busy line manager, this is invaluable because it ensures that you always take the time to touch base with your team members and cover the areas that are important to them. It's a minor thing really, but once I schedule 1-2-1s with my team members, I cannot find a way to remove them if there are any organisational changes. For example, one of my team members moved to a different area of the business but I couldn't delete their 1-2-1 schedule - I best I could do was to pause it. This may be a technical issue with the integation between our people systems and Culture Amp i.e. when the team member moved, this was reflected in our people systems but not in Culture Amp. Being a team lead and using culture amp has helped a lot to maintain the data of my 11 team members. Where every one on one data can be saved and timely feedback can be shared with the team members.
Also we can submit the survey for which it's an opportunity for the management to work on the feedbacks
The most important is that we can link culture amp to the teams where meetings can be scheduled.

2 years ago it's was something new for me, it looks for me west of time, but after understanding the concept and using it i like it because , first there's a transparancy and let me communicate with my managers and also raise my ideas and get a feedback from my managers and collegues. i use everyday skills coach (it's quick and usefull) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I appreciate Culture Amp's ease of use and ability to gather employee feedback, I do find the customization options to be somewhat limited. For instance, I would like to have more flexibility in designing survey questions and customizing reports to meet our specific needs. Culture Amp gives more then high low scores, but deep insights that really help drive action. I love their philosophy on only using the survey to tie to action, vs surveying and not knowing what to do with the results. Everyone at CultureAmp has been incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They are super responsive, including after the sale has been made, which is not alwasy the case with software companies. They provide a ton of useful content in their weekly email. Once you get the hang of it the administrative side of the platform is pretty easy to navigate and the data you get from surveys is really incredible. They're also a values aligned company when it comes to putting people first and working on DEI which I really appreciate. And always coming out with platform improvements.
