I find Culture Amp very useful to receive constructive feedback from colleagues that helps to improve ourself both from an operational work point of view and from a relational point of view.
Personally, it was very useful for me to understand which aspects of my character needed to be improved in order to have a better working relationship.
Culture Amp was very useful and easy to use for me to also set my work goals and it was very helpful for my manager to set me on the right path so that I can take care of the activities I am best at and where I can bring real value.
The support of the Culture Amp team to resolve any doubts regarding the use and compilation of reviews is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main negative of Culture Amp I think is the time it takes to be used properly.
Self-reflections as well as End-of-year Reviews towards one's colleagues take a lot of time to do well. Time that in our work we often do not have.
That is why often many reviews I received were very short and nothing actually useful for my improvement was written in them. A sign that the colleague who compiled it did not have time but was nevertheless obliged to complete the task on Culture Amp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) Focuses mainly on employee feedbacks and engagements , here several times progress and productivity is not considered to a larger extend.
2) Very clunky and hard to use for new user.
3) Integrating user data can be painful.
4) Navigating to different required functions can be difficult most of the times , as no one click icons available.
5) Painful while customizing the platform.
6) Ones any one shares or edits feedback email notification (real time) can be enabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All-in-one platform. As a HR Coordinator, I appreciate the variety of features that support everything from engagement, performance and development. The analysis tools make it easy to get insights, and the platform is user-friendly with a clean design. It’s a great tool for tracking industries and your own people over time. Can't recommend it enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I havent yet found something I dislike or could see improvement in. I appreciate the ongoing effort to make sure they are providing the right services in the best way. I am excited for more content to be added in Skills coach. I would also like to see what you can do 2 bite sized learning concurrently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn't much that I can say I like.
To be blunt, I use this tool because my company requires it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A whole lot, really. The site tends to be "helpful". I use quotes because the "helpful" often isn't actually helpful, but insists that it is.
For instance, the rich text editor is terrible and cutting and pasting text formatted in better tools often causes corruption, often corruption that cannot be seen or fixed until after it is submitted. (Honestly? I'd strongly suggest a "preview" feature that allows users to validate the content that they're submitting. If you really want to score points, allow for CommonMark or Markdown syntax instead of the crappy rich text controls.)
Also, the Feedback Now cards are kind of annoying as well. I could see using them as writing prompts but just spewing platitudes at someone doesn't really help them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Enhanced Employee Experience: The self-service portal has made it easier to access their information, process to execute their required task, assign any task to required team members, submit requests, and stay informed about company policies.
Increased Productivity: The automation features have saved us a lot of time and effort. We can now focus on more strategic tasks.
Improved Compliance: The software helps us stay compliant with various policy and deadlines including internal regulations. It's a great peace of mind.
Positive User Experience: "The software is easy to use and has a user-friendly interface. Just love it.
Forget about research to write your own achivement. Rather, simply follow the auto process and start writing your goal, achivment and assign it whoever required. Simple!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Website, sometimes pretty slow and works not smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is interesting to have a platform where you can share opinions and considerations about colleagues, and it is especially important to be able to express your point of view regarding your position in the company and the expectations for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be interesting if there were a quantitative recognition where the employee has actually achieved the set objectives, and it would be important to follow up on the requests made through the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simple template for bi-weekly catch ups / reviews with my Manager.
You get out what you put in; but we have a very simple few questions for end of year reviews. The visibility of inputs during the year are easy to refer to when it comes to 6 monthly self reflections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to be able to edit which email address the notifications are sent to because I work across multiple accounts and the helpful reminders don't go to my most-used inbox, so sometimes I miss them.
If the company Values and Purpose were easy to reference within the software that would be a bonus,
I have no visibility to my KPIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Through Culture Amp I can better manage relationships with colleagues and my manager through more precise organization of individual interviews, access e-learning easily and immediately, and the intuitive screen makes sure that everything gets done quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
actually I have not noticed any criticality so far in Culture Amp, I have been using it for 8 months i.e. since I joined GroupM and so far it has only helped my employee experience by allowing me to easily access learning, have contacts and feedback from work colleagues always helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Culture Amp provides us with a great way to measure engagement and sentiment about a variety of subject. I love the robust benchmarking data available, and all the ways to view, analyze, and present the results.
The support team is responsive and highly competent when I have a question or need help with anything.
We don't use all of the offerings available, but I like that they're available and that my rep reminds me occasionally, suggesting new ways to engage with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not a lot to say here...there are a couple of minor UI things that I'd like to see updated, but they're pretty nitpicky. For instance, when configuring a survey, I customize all of the notifications in the Communications tab. The 'edit' button is at very bottom of the screen, and would be more intuitive and convenient at the top. I also have to go back into the Communications tab to go from one notification to the next, rather then seeing all of them and clicking directly to the next one. (See? Pretty minor complaints!) There are a lot of different tools bundled within Culture Amp (surveys, engagement, performance, feedback, training) - so it can morph and shift for the needs of the business and the employee base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The menus and buttons are not as intuitive as I would hope. Something that looks like a piece of copy is actually a button, or functions are listed deep within settings pages, instead of being easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
