The seemless integration with our HRIS (HiBob) and data presented in a really digestible and insightful way. I can trust CA to show me the data that should be important to us an org and takes away so many unnecessary hours in spreadsheets manipulating data and together powerpoints.
In addition, our performance review cycles have been extremely successful from an op's perspective (even when making changes mid-cycle).
Probably worth adding that the support is the best I get across any of the platforms I use here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm going to sound really boring and on the fence but genuinely there isn't much I think I would change. My biggest challenge is getting our org to fully engage with the different features that are available to us. That's as much for me to work out than anything else. Hello,
I would like to say that I find Culture Amp very useful for receiving and giving feedback within my organization.
It is very easy to send a request for feedback collection to anyone in my organization. It has a lot of features as well using which you can specify the fields for collecting feedback for various purposes.
I used this tool monthly for 2 years but now I have been using it every week as we have been asked to collect feedback every week about our work.
The best thing I like about Culture Amp is how it shows you all the feedback with the timeline.
It also shows you for what purpose I requested feedback.
The integration of Culture Amp with Slack is amazing and it easily notifies me whenever a person requests or provides feedback to me.
Apart from the feedback, it also collects Performance evaluations yearly, and there are various development courses also available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think there is anything to dislike about Culture Amp.
The interface is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Culture Amp has clear navigation and nicely designed surveys that are simple to complete without getting bored.
I can put our opinions that truly matter, as leader often react on it or din't like that.
Also, Ican see the review shared by leadership transparently also feel safe as my identity remain anonymous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Irrelevant question that doesn't fall under my plate for those I usually put NA in such response
Filling long survey during busy work schedule made me feel bored therefore sometime skip or quit
After giving a feedback I din't get the response timely, than I avoid reverting such survey, but later that got resolved and completed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple and straightforawrd the platform is. When building a survey, everything you need is carved out for you, from having pre-made templates for surveys to making it extremely simle to create your own survey. There is a very low level learning curve to mastering how to configure Culture Amp and all it has to offer. I would like to add, that even though it is simplistic and user- friendly, culture Amp is very thorough in the date that it provides from the survey results. The break down of the data, the trends from YoY, and also the AI generated summary for the comments makes it even easier to have strategic conversations with internal stakeholders regarding the results from the surveys. The customer service is also top tier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like a few more customization options when building out a survey. For instance, being able to configure the colors for the likert scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the way self-reflections work in Culture Amp, as they really help you gather thoughts about yourself in the work context. It's also really easy to fill in the surveys giving colleagues a great deal of motivation to do so.
The one time I contacted support, the experience was really nice and helpful and my feature request has since been added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a pity that I can't view my answers to past surveys as sometimes I would love to go back to revisit them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Engagement survey is great. We have an integration with our HR system which makes it easy to put the survey out. Results are easy to view & slice / dice by dept, leader, etc. Some AI analysis of the results starting to come in which is helpful.
We also use the performance module. I really like the 1-on-1 function. The bi-annual reviews are not quite so streamlined but still pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doing your own reporting is very limited. Goals are very hard to track as the reports are very basic and not customisable.
1-on-1s are only visible to employee & manager, HR can't access which is difficult when a manager leaves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that all of my 1 on 1s are housed in one area. My adjusters can input notes on things they want to discuss and see the topics I've added for discussion ahead of time. We can check back on things we discussed earlier as well. We also use this to write our performance reviews and can check back historically to view ratings and comments. I wish you could add attachments to the 1 on 1s. I wish is synced up with some of the zoom features I use. For example - I use Zoom notes for my meetings- I wish it would automatically add the notes to the 1 on 1s but I just have to copy and paste them in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Culture Amp very useful to receive constructive feedback from colleagues that helps to improve ourself both from an operational work point of view and from a relational point of view.
Personally, it was very useful for me to understand which aspects of my character needed to be improved in order to have a better working relationship.
Culture Amp was very useful and easy to use for me to also set my work goals and it was very helpful for my manager to set me on the right path so that I can take care of the activities I am best at and where I can bring real value.
The support of the Culture Amp team to resolve any doubts regarding the use and compilation of reviews is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main negative of Culture Amp I think is the time it takes to be used properly.
Self-reflections as well as End-of-year Reviews towards one's colleagues take a lot of time to do well. Time that in our work we often do not have.
That is why often many reviews I received were very short and nothing actually useful for my improvement was written in them. A sign that the colleague who compiled it did not have time but was nevertheless obliged to complete the task on Culture Amp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The features just keep getting more and better by the month. Sometimes, I'm honestly stunned with the attention to detail and the work that goes into preparing templates for us HR professionals to launch these features, from courses to suggested comms within the organisation.
The integration with our HRIS, HiBob was also easy and the changes made there are reflected on cultureAmp thanks to their sync.
Customer support has improved dramatically over the past couple of years, and the account manager, Katy Curley, has always been approachable, helpful and responds to my queries timely.
Worth mentioning are also the office hours one can book and you end up having 1:1 with experts (Alex has helped me more than once).
We are now using a lot of Culture Amp's features and hope to add to our development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the information provided to get features launched (like Develop) is extensive and detailed, it can also feel overwhelming. It is difficult at times to start rolling out such massive initiatives. There is still support, but can feel like a lot if it's just one person working on it like I am in my team.
I understand the product has developed, but unfortunately this also means that the prices are starting to be over our budget (and I suppose other SMEs). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All-in-one platform. As a HR Coordinator, I appreciate the variety of features that support everything from engagement, performance and development. The analysis tools make it easy to get insights, and the platform is user-friendly with a clean design. It’s a great tool for tracking industries and your own people over time. Can't recommend it enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I havent yet found something I dislike or could see improvement in. I appreciate the ongoing effort to make sure they are providing the right services in the best way. I am excited for more content to be added in Skills coach. I would also like to see what you can do 2 bite sized learning concurrently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
